"The Law is Light But the Police Are Not"

23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is Light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
When the Holy Spirit speaks (through the writers of the Bible) about the law in the Bible, He's talking about the first five books of Moses in the Old Testament (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy) called "The Torah of the Law". God laid down civil law to Man in these books. Today, civil law is more modern to the age & times. Nevertheless, the law is Light both in the Torah and in today's law books because the law deals with people's problems, just like the Torah does. To understand that the law is Light, we got to understand what darkness is as well as light.

Darkness is those things that people do that they don't want exposed to others. Silent frustrations. Inner pain with no way to talk about it. Darkness is those creepy things that people do that they don't want no one to know about because they want to hide it and keep it a skeleton in the closet.
Jesus said above in Jn 3:19, 20, that men love the dark because what they do naturally are evil things. And that they hate the Light and won't come to the Light so that their evil works won't be exposed. They want to hide in the dark and be creepy. That's what darkness is. Darkness is a human being hiding in a dark room somewhere by her/ himself doing creepy things that they enjoy. So, they hate to get caught by the Light, or, in this case, by the law.

The Holy Spirit's point in reminding me of this passage above (Jn. 14:26) to paste it here for you, is to speak to you verse 13 sub-verse B: "for whatsoever does make manifest is light".
This means that whatever exposes things that people don't want exposed, those skeletons in the closet, is light. The law is Light. This is talking about civil authority. This is what law does. It deals with and brings to light those works of darkness, those crimes, that people want to hide from others in shame or delight. Some people like it (Jn. 3:19). Those things that people don't want exposed are crimes against the Torah and today's judicial laws. God ordained civil authority and the policeman to deal with darkness by arresting the criminals and helping their victims (Rom. 13:1-4). Notice verse 12 of Eph. 5 says that it is a shame to even speak of those things that people do in the dark. That seems to suggest sexual perversion. And it is. But murder, is also a work of darkness that people would rather keep in the dark. And there are many other things that people like to do in the dark.
A Point About the Policeman
Sometimes the Cops are the Robbers
The policeman is God's minister against darkness or evil (Rom. 13:1-4). He fights those crooks who want to hide in the dark and brings them to Court. The Courtroom is where God exposes the Darkness. Most policemen don't know they serve God when they arrest the crook. The Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul calls the Police "God's Ministers" in Rom. 13:4. There are also crooked cops who instead of arresting criminals and helping their victims, arrest the victim to help the criminal. God ordained the policeman, or, gave them a job, to fight the darkness for Him. Not to be in the dark with them (Eph. 5:11). Sometimes the cops are the robbers. They don't deserve their badges. I should say here for the Light that God wants you to understand today that your Sheriff & Police Departments are "manifestations" of the Light of God. They are on our side in the Forces of Light, and God wants everyone, especially Christians, to submit to civil authority because they are on God's side of Light (Heb. 13:16-19/ 1 Pt. 2:11-17). The next time you see the Police, say, "The Light". So also are doctors, nurses, hospitals and churches, of course.
Suffice it to say for the Lord of Light here, that the crooked cop will also be brought to the Light of God's justice in court by other policemen and policewomen. Amen. But like in the movie "Scarface", some crooked drug dealing cops get killed by the gangs they deal with instead of arrested, or, before they get arrested, by other policemen and policewomen. Sometimes, that black & white, is God saving your life. See video clips below...
The Sinful Nature Is Works of Darkness
In the passage above, verses 3 to 6 describe some of the works and crimes of darkness: fornication (this includes homosexuality, child molesting and beastiality, as well as adultery and pre-marital sex), uncleaness (this would mean occult and demonic activity), idolatry (which is to love people, property and your life more than Jesus), filthiness (this is talking about being dirty minded. Not about someone who doesn't take showers - A sexually perverted person), foolish talking (or perverted speech), jesting (or dirty jokes). A whoremonger (a sexually perverted person), an unclean person (a witch or satanist. Not someone who doesn't take showers), an idolator (or someone who loves life more than Jesus), and a deceiver (lies about Jesus & the Bible).
These problems come from the sinful nature (Rom. 3:23). The sinful nature is, according to Rom. 7 (you should read it), doing bad things that we don't want to do, and not being able to do the good things that we really want to do (Rom. 7:14-22). It is called in Acts 8:23, "the bond of iniquity". Chains you cannot get free from by yourself or with other people or angels. Only God's forgiveness and sanctifying power can set us free. By the word "bond", the Holy Spirit pertains to the meaning of the word "bondage". Something we can't stop doing and have lost control over. Another term for "the bond of iniquity" is "the sinful nature". The reason for this is the word "iniquity". It is iniquity within the sinful nature inside the human body that creates a bond, or, or brings us into bondage to, doing things we hate. We've lost control over it. This bond of iniquity is what makes cops crooked. The bond of iniquity is what makes people do those creepy things over and over that they know are wrong. The bond of iniquity makes the human heart a mess instead of God's residence. This is what Satan did to the human race (Gen. 3). Of course, this curse of sin is reversed today through faith in Jesus and the baptism into the Holy Spirit (Eph. 2:19-22). This brings us next to the church saying, "You need Jesus!" Romans 8 explains that the Lord Jesus Christ sets us free from iniquity and the sinful nature through faith in what He did on the Cross for us, which is died in our place, died our death, died for sin, before God the Father. Believing that Jesus died for our sins makes us right with God. This means that we have fellowship with God restored and are no longer separated from Him by sin & death. After believing in Jesus, something else happens...we meet God personally! This is called the baptism into the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38, 39; 2:1-4/ Ti. 3:4-7/ Eze. 36:25-27). This means that God the Holy Spirit comes to live inside your body forever! The baptism into the Holy Spirit is what the Holy Spirit means in 2 Cor. 13:14 by "the communion, or, the fellowship, of the Holy Ghost". From within in this fellowship, the Holy Spirit puts to death the sinful nature and the bond of iniquity with Jesus on the Cross through faith in Jesus (Rom. 6) and begins to reverse the sinful nature into holiness by what you do through His power (Rom. 6). Sin no longer kills you like Rom. 6:23 means it did before you got saved by Christ and baptized into the Holy Spirit. You've been reconciled to God through faith in the death of His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit through His fellowship with you reconciles you back to God instead of kills you everytime you mess up and sin from that time forward. That's what the Bible is for: to reverse the curse of sin and teach you how to listen to God in what you do (Rom. 8), because what you do in Christ gives you eternal life (Rev. 22:14). What you do reverses the sinful nature and bond of iniquity by the commands of God. This is why the Holy Spirit through Paul tells us to train our bodies to be godly by doing the works of God (1 Tim. 4:7-9). This is also what He means when He says in to put to death the misdeeds of the body. It's called mortification and sanctification. (Rom. 8). We didn't used to have power to do this. Only now by the Holy Spirit who comes through faith in Christ. This is the meaning of John 3. Salvation from sin and death by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus. To get the Holy Spirit so that you can get rid of the bond of iniquity, say a confession of faith in Jesus as your Savior & Lord. To understand this, please read Rom. 10:6-17. Amen.
What Is Light?
Light is God (1 Jn. 1:5-10) and His word, the Bible (Isa. 8:19-22). And Light is anything that exposes the hidden works of darkness of fallen Man (Eph. 5:8, 9, 13).

The Unfruitful Works of Darkness
(Eph. 5:11)
These are movie clips below. But let them be a reality check to abusive cops who are on the brink of losing their training and the mental faculties to pass the minimum requirements to be a Peace Officer. You mess up once, you get retrained. You mess up 10 times, you get demoted. You mess up 100 times, you get killed, and not only in the line of duty. But while committing treason.
Retraining and the mental exams are keys to achieving success to avert going over the brink into burn out and permanent dismissal. Most tyrannical cops don't want to lose their jobs or their pay. So, they go through the retraining. But you cannot cure a mentally deranged cop with therapy because the mental exams are what give them the ability to go back on the beat. One cannot cheat on these exams because it's their conduct that called them into question. If they do the test then go back to their misconduct on the beat, they have cheated and are unfit for police duty at that point, because it's not the answers they give on the exam, but what they do on the job that makes them unfit for police duty. You cannot cheat on these exams.
Some cops are into treason because they got emotional bondages that they need to get cured with therapy. But you cannot cure someone who is mentally deranged because they have burned out the parts of their brains with drugs and alcohol that helps them learn & grow. This is called mental stagnation, or, retardation, because they have permanently damaged their learning abilities and permanent dismissal is required.
Those who obey the law are mentally competent. A cop who whose conduct that opposes the law, is called into question because they have lost their mental competence and training.
Some of the charges against officers who have hit the brink:
Judicial Treason and Judicial Tyranny. This means that officers have lost their training and no longer use their judicial authority to arrest those who break the law. They use it to get away with murder and rape, and to find someone to blame for their crimes.
Neglect of Duty, or, Negligence, and Mental Incompetence. This means that officers, due to prejudice or personal problems, which create negligence and incompetence, have lost their training and won't help those who call them for help with criminals. They sit there and watch it all and do nothing.
Nepotism. This means that the officers have lost the training to arrest loved ones, whether family or friends. They let their loved ones commit crimes and help them kill the innocent that their families attacked.
Overfamiliarity. This means that the police have lost their training and are partying with civilians and getting drunk or doing drugs with them while on duty. This allows criminal infiltration of their police departments. When a criminal can get overfamiliar with an officer and make emotional ties with them, they can take over the police department. This is the meaning of the word "infiltration".

Those Who Obey the Law are Mentally Competent
The law's training in the academies before being authorized for civil duty, prepares the officer to be mentally competent to deal with the above said charges. When a cop loses their training through burn out and starts to abuse drugs, the drugs burn out the pieces of their brains that make them mentally competent to pass the minimum requirements to be a peace officer. Which are a clean background check and passing the Federal or State Mental Exams. This is what we mean by the term "loss of mental faculties". Their brains are fried by the drugs and they are now "mentally deranged" and unfit to help their communities. Cops who have lost mental faculties cannot be retrained but are dismissed "permanently". Cops in this condition usually attack their communities instead of "Protect and Serve".
When an officer hits the brink, it's usually the end of their life. Not just the end of their career. The way they die is various. Suicide, murder by drug dealers or execution by the Government for Judicial Treason. Officers who have been mentally debilitated usually get beat up regularly by their bosses, other cops and drug dealers...
Examples of Mental Incompetence
Observation Vs. Insight
We've all heard of "Observe & Report". Part of police duty is to observe and report what they've observed. Observation is not always reporting the facts, however, because you do not get to know people's motives through observation. Motive is fact. Communication is how to know insights to establish motive. This means that you get to know people and why they do what they do (motive) by talking to them. Not by watching them.
For example, a person is reported in the community and the police are required to do a surveillance on said subject. During the observation, they notice that the subject does not go outside much. Instead of talking to the person to find out why, they refer to their training books which tell them the person has motive to "hide" from others. That the person is hiding from other people.
The books give many reasons why people may choose not to go out much. The police use these examples as insights and facts in the case instead of doing an investigation to find out the facts about motive of staying indoors a lot. This means that the police aren't getting the facts from said subject's motives. They're using training book examples as facts. The motive for staying indoors isn't coming from the subject. It's coming from the mental incompetence of the investigating officers.
The reason that the officers are mentally incompetent, is because they believe that what the training books say about "hiding" is law, and so anything the criminal says, is not fact and no good. To admire the law like this, damages investigations because it replaces insights with false statements. Their mental incompetence is in question.
Without communication, or, finding out why the person stays indoors more than goes outside, the observation is not fact based on insight. It is observation. Communication will reveal the insight about why the person isn't going outside much. Insights are correct facts. Not observation because insights reveal motives. But observation cannot. Thus, the old saying, "This is observation. Not insight". The entire surveillance case has no facts or insights because the investigating officers are mentally incompetent. The investigation is based on observation and not on insight and fact.
In police work, the police pose as people being friendly with the subject or they send others to be friendly with the subject to discern motive. There are many ways to establish motive, and it is all based on communication with other people. But the best way to determine motive, is to talk to someone who knows the subject, because the subject regularly shares insights with them in communication.
Another investigation determines that the subject is the private-personality type and enjoys indoors with family, instead of outgoing with people. The opposite of the people-personality type who enjoys going out as much as possible with other people, instead of staying indoors.
To state that the motive of the subject to stay indoors is because he is hiding instead of that he is the private type, is a demented and incompetent investigation. In law, this is officially called a "Damaged Report" because it has no facts.
Perhaps the motive of the incompetent officers is negligence. "Negligence & Incompetence". In this case, the motive of the investigating officers for putting training manual examples of motive into the report as fact and insight for said subject's motive, would be because they don't care. They just want to get the investigation over with as soon as possible and move on. The damaged report would then also be full of not only observation, but also speculation, conjecture, assumptions, opinions, wild coincidence and lies. Instead of insights and facts.
This brings us to the old saying, "Just the facts". Facts are discerned through insight. Insight is known through communication. Communication, insights, facts. Using what other people say about someone instead of using the person's own insights, is mentally deranged. A cop who thinks he's right needs to be permanently dismissed due to mental damages acquired while on the beat.

The Lord loves the officers on His beat (Rom. 13:1-4). But today, God is angry with the ones attacking His penitent children who have been rehabilitated from a former life of crime. The Lord Jesus has a message for these bad cops. The Lord Jesus says that He is very angry with you for touching His Anointed ones (Ps. 105:15), and that He will kill you with the gangs if you don't stop harassing them with heinous acts of judicial treason. Amen. The Lord Jesus is angry enough to grab a gangster and shoot you cops in the heart through him for doing this to His church...
The Lord wants to warn you cops one more time today with Psalm 105:15. He is
commanding you all to stop violating the rights of His people...people that have been rehabilitated have the right to life, peace and the pursuit of happiness.

And he said to me, "See you do it not: I am your fellowservant, and of your {brotherhood} that have the Testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the Testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy". 11 And I saw Heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon Him was called "Faithful and True", and in righteousness He does judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a Name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. 13 And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood {from the Crucifixion}: and His Name is called "The Word of God" {This means that God the Word from eternity became a man called Jesus - Mic. 5:2/ Jn. 1:1-3/ 1 Jn. 1:1-3}. 14 And the armies which were in Heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword {Eph. 6:17}, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron {Ps. 2}: and He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His {bloody} vesture and on His thigh a Name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS {This is the Lord Jesus Christ on the Day that He returns to earth}. 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun {Michael, Angel of the Sun and Guardian Angel of the Day and of the Church of Jesus Christ, with his sword of sunfire - Gen. 3:22-24} ; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of Heaven, "Come and gather yourselves together to the supper of the great God; 18 that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great". 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against {the Lord Christ} that sat on the horse, and against His army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone {lava}. 21 And the remnant were {killed} with the sword of Him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of His mouth {Eph. 6:17 - this means that the Lord was killing Man with words, Such as "Die"! "Dust"! For with His Word God creates whatever He says. Whatever God says comes out of His Words, Gen. 1/ Heb. 1:1-3. God the Father is the Heart and Will of the Godhead. Jesus, God the Son, is the Word of the Godhead. The Holy Spirit is the Power of the Godhead. The Father Plans, Jesus Speaks the Plans and the Holy Spirit does the building of the Plans and Words of the Godhead}: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
The Archangel Gabriel Testifies a Description to you about the Day of the Lord,
"And the Lord Jesus when He returns,
Is going to shoot a fervent heat from His Hand,
And is going to send serpents to chase those that don't believe in Him".
