California vs North Dakota

Lack of manners of North Dakota. They're wild, untamed and snotty like wolves in the woods.

Example,

I went to get a homeless I see in the streets being chased by dogs. It may be from the family of one of my cats because they look and act the same. The cat was at an open garage of three women in the afternoon. At first, I was just looking at the cat. I drove by the house a second time and was looking. I figured that the women thought I was looking at them. So, I drove by with the feeling to get the cat and let them know that I wasn't looking at them and that I want to take the cat home. One woman said that it belongs to a neighbor who's away and to go online to get it from an ad.

later, their men got mad because they said that if I didn't want their women, that I would have walked onto their property without an invite and got the cat.

I didn't because it's not my property and I am decent to let them ask me to come and get it. I have social etiquette, but they got none. They have bad manners like that. To a normal person like me with social etiquette, respect and manners, walking up onto my property to take a cat wi9thout asking them to show that I want the cat and not the women, is rude, weird, backwards and bad manners. People like that get shot.

This is the difference between California and North Dakota. California has normal social etiquette and North Dakota got bad manners. North Dakota thinks guys with social etiquette are gay but having manners isn't gay. In California you get shot if you act disrespectful like people in North Dakota do.
