Message 10 in a Series of Messages That God Gave to me Beginning in July 2025

Matthew 7:21-27
Modern English Version
{Paraphrased}
I Never Knew You
21 “Not everyone who {calls Me Lord and their God} shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but {only} he who {listens to and} does the will of My Father who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonderful works in Your name?’
23 But then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you who practice evil' {Ps. 6:8}.
The Two Housebuilders
Jesus the Word of God
24 “Whoever hears these sayings of Mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on a rock.
25 And the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house. And it did not fall, for it was founded a rock.
26 And every one who hears these sayings of Mine and does not do them will be likened to a foolish man who built his house on the sand.
27 And the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house. And it fell. And its fall was great.”
Witnessing is a Personal Call from the Holy Spirit
Witnessing is a personal duty. The Holy Spirit will hand pick people for you to witness to. But you don't do it. You overlook your convictions and make witnessing something to do for everyone at random out of a guilty conscience. "You close your eyes and pretend the job's done". You think that witnessing is something to do for everyone all at once. But it's a personal handpicked duty from the Holy Spirit ...
How do you start witnessing? By repenting of disobedience and listening to the Holy Spirit by going to the people He told you to talk to about Jesus ... see, on judgement day, people will say, "Lord, I did it. I witnessed to everyone I could". Then He will say to them,
"I don't know you. I asked you to witness to certain people, not to the masses. But in a seared conscience you tried to make up for it and never knew Me".
Thus, the Lord chooses who we witness to. It is not our choice who to witness to. It takes intimacy with the Holy Spirit to listen to Him about who to witness to, and generally, to listen to Him about anything.
If you're not intimate with the Holy Spirit, you won't listen to Him. The reason you're not witnessing to these people He said to talk to about Jesus, is because you're not intimate with Him. You're not close to Him. You're distant from Him. You've left your first love and have become lukewarm. You're straying from Him back into the world.
Ephesus & Laodicea
Revelation 2:1-7
Modern English Version
The Message to Ephesus
1 “To the angel of the church of Ephesus write:
“He who holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks, says these things:
2 I know your works, your labor and your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles, but are not, and have found them to be liars.
3 You have endured, and have been patient, and for My name’s sake have labored and have not grown weary.
4 “But I have something against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen. Repent, and do the works you did at first, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your candlestick from its place, unless you repent. 6 But this you have: You hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
7 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give permission to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.
Revelation 3:14-21
Modern English Version
The Message to Laodicea
14 “To the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write:
“The Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God, says these things:
15 I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot.
16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you out of My mouth. 17 For you say, ‘I am rich, and have stored up goods, and have need of nothing,’ yet do not realize that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.
18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire, that you may be rich, and white garments, that you may be dressed, that the shame of your nakedness may not appear, and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
19 “Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline. Therefore be zealous and repent.
20 Listen! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me.
21 “To him who overcomes will I grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne." (Please read Revelation chapters 2 and 3)
How Do Develop Intimacy with the Holy Spirit?
Listen to Him! When you listen to Him, He draws close to you, and you become intimate with Him. To be intimate with the Lord means that you get to know Him. This is why in the opening passage, Mt. 7:21-27, that Jesus says that God knows those who do His word. If God knows you, then you know Him because you do His word, or listen to Him and have that intimacy that's required to make the rapture.
The Lord will tell you to do certain things all the time throughout your life if not everyday. Things like read your Bible, stay home, witness to certain people, be up in the morning to do morning devotions. You get to know God by spending time with Him alone. You become intimate with God when you listen to Him.
Sometimes you wonder why listening to God in the small stuff is so important ... you don't listen and nothing happens, yet. The reason why God tells you to do these small things is so that you have the intimacy needed for God to know you and the intimacy needed to listen to God, and make it to heaven.
Otherwise, you're lukewarm with a cold love for God ... on that Day you will be like the people in Mt. 7:21-27 trying to justify yourself and saying that you did many wonderful things for God. But you never did those things when He said to do them ... listening to God too late will damn your soul ...
Hebrews 12:14-17
Modern English Version
Warning Against Rejecting God’s Grace
14 Pursue peace with all men, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord,
15 watching diligently so that no one falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness spring up to cause trouble, and many become defiled by it,
16 lest there be any sexually immoral or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright.
17 For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected. For he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.
The Lord has everything we need to make the rapture. Witnessing, preaching, teaching; church services. These all describe what it means to "operate in the Spirit" everyday to be ready. God doesn't require much from us to make the rapture. Below is a word that gave to me in 2024 about what it means to make the rapture. It means to be "faithful". God said below that to be faithful means to stay in church and talk to people about Jesus, or witnessing.
"All that I require
{to make the rapture}
Is for you to stay in church and talk to people about Me.
That's what it means to be faithful"
{Heb. 10:24, 25/ Mt. 24:43-46}.
Being Ready for the Rapture has Nothing to Do with Knowing the Day and the Hour
You've Got to be Ready for It Everyday
Acts 1:6-8
Modern English Version
{Paraphrased}
6 So when they had come together, they asked {Jesus}, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?”
7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know the times or the dates, which the Father has fixed by His own authority.
8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Lots of people think that they've got to know the date of the rapture to be ready for it. That, they'll miss the rapture if they don't know the date. But you don't have to know the day and the hour to be ready for it. To be ready for the rapture you've got to be ready everyday because you don't know it.
God doesn't want us to know the day and the hour because not knowing makes us get ready for it. This is why Jesus says that our power; the churches power, is to witness, and that God's power is to know the day and the hour. It's not for us to know the day and the hour. It's for us to know that we are to witness.
So, how do we get ready for the rapture? By witnessing. Our power is to know to witness, and God's power is to know the day and the hour. Why is our power to witness? Because witnessing is how to get ready for the rapture! We witness to get ready for the rapture because we don't know the day and the hour. If you don't know the exact day of an event, you prepare for it on all days to be ready on the appointed day.
The angel of the Lord says,
"This is why God doesn't want them to know when. Because not knowing is how to get ready".
Joel 2:28-29
Modern English Version
The Outpouring of the Spirit
28 And it will be that, afterwards, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; then your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions.
29 Even on the menservants and maidservants in those days I will pour out My Spirit.
