Mortification

Mortification The Release of Sin from the Body Romans 8:13 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the {Holy} Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live {forever}.

Keys to Success in Christian Living

Define 'Mortification' 1) subdue (the body or its needs and desires) by self-denial or discipline. "return to heaven by mortifying the flesh" 2) late Middle English (in the senses ‘put to death’, ‘deaden’, and ‘subdue by self-denial’): from Old French mortifier, from ecclesiastical Latin mortificare ‘kill, subdue’, from mors, mort- ‘death’. 1) Listen to the Holy Spirit Train Your Body to Listen to the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 New Living Translation 24 Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! 25 All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. 26 So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. 27 I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. "The other day, I had been awake for 16-hours and I was tired. But I still had my Daily Agenda to do. I had enough energy to stay up for a couple more hours to do these things, and they would take about 30-minutes to do them all. I was about to go outside to do these things when the Lord told me to stay home. But I didn't listen. I went and did my agenda. Before I left, the Lord said, "After you do this stuff, you're going to feel good". He was talking about the senses of success and accomplishment. When I got home, the Lord said, 'Don't fight Me. You need to put Me before that stuff'" (Mt. 6). When we don't listen to the Lord, it's called fighting with the Lord. "So, mortify your body by listening to the Holy Spirit. Even though you got things to do outside, and God tells you to stay home, always put God first and listen to the Holy Spirit. Your spiritual life in Christ must be put before your earthly life in order to mortify the deeds of your body. Listening to the Holy Spirit is a key to success in the mortification of the body from sin". "Today, after a long day of being awake for 19-hours, I was about to go to sleep when the Lord told me to post this message for you. He said, "You got enough energy. You'll feel good after". This time I listened. I did it and I'm posting this message next. Now I've been awake for 22-hours through the power of the Spirit as I post this message for you". "Listening to the Holy Spirit is a key to success in mortifying the body from sin". 2) Mind Over Body Exercise Your Willpower to Obey the Holy Spirit 1 Timothy 4:7-8 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 7 Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives’ tales. Instead, train your {body} to be godly. 8 “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” 2 Timothy 2:3-7 Living Bible {Paraphrased} 3 Take your share of suffering as a good soldier of Jesus Christ, just as I do; 4 and as Christ’s soldier, do not let yourself become tied up in worldly {civilian} affairs, for then you cannot satisfy the One who has enlisted you in His Army. 5 Follow the Lord’s rules for doing His work, just as an athlete either follows the rules or is disqualified and wins no prize. 6 Work hard (on your body at listening to God) like a farmer who gets paid well if he raises a large crop. 7 Think over these three illustrations, and may the Lord help you to understand how they apply to you. "Back in 2003, when I was in prison for drugs and alcohol, I began to exercise to pass the time. I was doing hundreds of push-ups and squats everyday. There were times when after waking up, I would feel like I couldn't exercise. Sleep puts people into a passive mindset. But the Lord told me that I don't know the potential of my body, and that I could do my daily exercise routine if I just started doing it. "Just do it"! So, I would roll out of bed onto the floor and start doing push-ups. Pretty soon I would start doing squats and before long, I finished my daily routine. I was at 1, 000 of each at that time. I began to see a different mindset inside my mind after I exercised instead of slept. I would say, 'I can't believe I just wanted to lay there'. But an hour ago, I was saying to myself about exercising, "I'm too sleepy to exercise'. I went from a passive & lazy-mindset, to a strong and successful mindset with my willpower. I realized that I could condition my mind to be in either mindset by what I told my body to do. I could just lay there, or I could exercise. It was a simple choice to use my willpower to make my body obey my mind. I was learning the potential of my body. It was like clay in the hands of a potter (Jer. 18:1-10). I had the willpower to listen to God and let Him mold my body with His Word (the Voice of the Holy Spirit) into His will for me. It had nothing to do with feelings in the body. I felt too sleepy to exercise because I just woke up. But that's the mental conditioning of the body after sleeping. You don't want to move. But after working out, the mindset changes to, "I can't believe I just wanted to lay there". But I learned to change my mindset to do whatever I wanted with my willpower. What I wanted, was to listen to the Holy Spirit and exercise. I just had a full night's rest and was ready for the day. My body was full of energy to exercise underneath the sleepy feeling. So, I learned not to let my feelings lead my will. I broke through the passive mindset to a successful mindset by mind over body; by making my body listen to my will by exercising. A teaching of the Holy Spirit. God doesn't call it Mind over Body in Scripture. But the teaching is contained in the opening scripture passages in both books of Timothy (1 Tim. 1:7, 8 and 2 Tim. 2:3-7) about the physical training of a soldier and an athlete being similar to the physical training of a man of woman of God". "The Lord tells us to train our body to be godly so that we learn to listen to His Voice. That's what it takes to listen to the Holy Spirit. We have to change our mindset by using the will to control the body to listen to the Holy Spirit's instruction. Otherwise, we are in a mental state of being passive to listening to the Lord. This is called our comfort zone. Comfortable & passive. Comfort is good to a point. But being comfortable makes you passive. So, you've got to exercise your body to be godly instead of comfortable". "For example, last night before I went to sleep, the Lord told me to get out my Bible when I woke up because He has a message for me on prophecy. So, when I woke up, I ate and and sat there watching TBN for about an hour. Listening to preachers on TBN wasn't filling me up inside as it usually does. I felt a hunger for the Bible. I needed something more. I needed to open my Bible and study the Word for myself. Then I remembered what the Lord said to me last night before I fell asleep. To get out my Bible and open it because He has a message about prophecy for me in the Bible. So, I looked at my Bible about five feet from me. I had just woken up about an hour ago and I was still groggy. I just wanted to sit there and watch TBN while I woke up. But I used my will to make my body get up and get my Bible. Sit back down, open it, and start studying it. My body was a little tired when I did this. But I know the potential of my body now. So, I use my will to obey the Lord's Voice when I would rather be passive. We need to exercise godliness with our body to listen to the Holy Spirit. We need to train our body to be godly with the will over the feelings. Mind over body". "Another example. Today, I drove to a doctor appointment which was close to my girlfriend's home. The Lord told me to go see her before I go home. So, I pulled over and spoke with her. I wanted to go home and be passive in my comfort zone. But I listened to the Lord instead and we got some dinner dates coming up. I don't think the dinner dates are what the Lord has in mind for me. I think it is breaking me out of the passive mindset in me with my will over my feelings, so that I learn to listen to the Holy Spirit. It appears that I am passive to listening to God. It takes this physical training that I learned in exercising in 2003 to accomplish obedience to God. You just do it, and you don't allow your passive & lazy feelings to control your body. You break out of that mindset by moving your body to do what the Holy Spirit says. The Lord says that I'm not lazy. I'm passive to serving Him. But not for long!"

"While we listen to the Lord and train our body to do what God says instead of what it wants to, underneath the willpower is the weakness of the flesh. You're wanting to be passive to the Lord's Word to be in your comfort zone, but you're resisting the feelings of the flesh and instead use your will to listen to God. All the while that we listen to God, we feel the feelings of the flesh to be passive to God and comfortable instead. While feeling passive and wanting to enjoy your comfort zone, you're up doing the will of God with your body instead".

"That's how you do it, saints. To listen to the Holy Spirit, it is will over feelings. Mind over body. The Holy Spirit in control of your flesh". "Mind over body is a key to sucess in the mortification of the body from sin". The Promised Message on Prophecy The Holy Spirit is inside the words of the Bible "It was a simple little message that the Lord gave me on prophecy this morning. It was a 15-minute study that was very infilling with the Lord's Presence. After 15-minutes, the Anointing subsided and I left for my appointment". "To begin, I placed my hand on my Bible and opened it and there was a commentary on Josh. 3:9 about prophecy titled 'The words of the Lord your God'. It was founded upon 2 Pt. 1:19-21. That, all true prophecies are the words of God. It also contained Acts 3:21, 2 Tim. 3:15-17 and 2 Sam. 23:2. Read them for yourself and see what the Spirit of the Lord is saying about true prophecy in those passages". "What I see from these passages, is that God is saying that true prophecy comes from the Holy Spirit through the tongue, not the pen. When God gives a message through a prophet, He speaks it through the tongue, not writes it through the hand, of the prophet. Afterward, the Holy Spirit tells the prophet to write the message out for God's people to see. So, the Holy Spirit and the Bible are the only two sources of true prophecy". "Without the Holy Spirit, there would be no Bible. So, people can't assume the the Bible is the only true source of prophecy, because the Holy Spirit speaks prophecy through the prophet's tongue, before the prophet writes it down. The Holy Spirit is the first power of prophecy. The Bible is the second power of prophecy". "Today, the Holy Spirit spoke to me through the Bible, instead of through my tongue, as He usually does. The Holy Spirit speaks through many channels. The Voice of God is heard by His sheep through many ways. Prophecy, the Bible, and signs, for example. If you are not Anointed by God for prophecy, you will hear the Voice of the Lord in the Bible and in signs. But you will not hear the Voice of the Lord through your tongue in prophecy, unless you speak in tongues and interpret (1 Cor. 12-14)". Will-Worship To Listen to the Holy Spirit with the Will is Not the Worship of the Will It is Obedience to God Only Obedience to God with the Exercise of the Will Can Conquer a Person's Evil Desires Not the Exercising of the Will by Itself Colossians 2:16-23 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 16 So don’t let anyone condemn you for what you eat or drink, or for not celebrating certain holy days or new moon ceremonies or Sabbaths. 17 For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ Himself is that reality. 18 Don’t let anyone condemn you by insisting on pious self-denial or {worshiping with angels}, saying they have had visions about these things. Their sinful minds have made them proud, 19 and they are not connected to Christ, the Head of the Body. For He holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it. 20 You have died with Christ, and He has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world. So why do you keep on following the rules of the world, such as, 21 “Don’t handle! Don’t taste! Don’t touch!”? 22 Such rules are mere human teachings about things that deteriorate as we use them. 23 These rules may seem wise because they require strong devotion, pious self-denial, and severe bodily discipline. But they provide no help in conquering a person’s evil desires. "People, when they mortify their bodies, get into the power of the will; the power of the will over the body and the mind. And some people take it far left and begin what's called will-worship. Where they worship the power of the will to deny self the body's lusts. But that's not what God is talking about here. God is using the will to make our body obey Him. So, listening to the Holy Spirit is what God is talking about. Not willpower. God is emphasizing listening to His Voice. Not using the will. Otherwise, it's called will-worship. Not worshiping God".

Do Not Boast Against Others In Your Strength

Boast In God

Romans 11:17-22 Authorized (King James) Version 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree; 18 boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. 19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. 20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 for if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest He also spare not thee. 22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Psalm 44:7-8 Authorized (King James) Version

{Paraphrased}

7 But Thou hast saved us from our enemies, and hast put them to shame that hated us. 8 In God we boast all the day long, and praise Thy Name for ever. Selah.

"If you get haughty in your strength and put your enemies down for being weak because they don't have this strength over their body that you have in Christ, God will show you that it is His strength that you have and not yours, and that without Him, you will not have this strength (Jn. 15:5). You must be humble and remain faithful to God (keep listening to the Holy Spirit's Voice to your personal life) to have this strength. The strength of your will to control your feelings comes ONLY when you listen to God. Otherwise, if you don't listen, you will become passive in your comfort zone. The more you don't listen to God, the more passive & haughty you will become (like the devil). The more you do listen to God, the Holy Spirit will keep you right with God inside (restore your sweet fellowship with Him) and you will be happy & thankful for your power, instead of be haughty to your enemies".

"Remember, your strength is not yours. It is God's, and you only have this power over your flesh when you listen to God in your personal life. The Word of the Lord to you about your personal life, this is what gives you your strength over your body to train it to be godly and obedient to the Holy Spirit). Whatever God says, comes out of what He said. When the Holy Spirit says to you, "Get up". Your body just received the Holy Spirit's personal strength to get up and you are now able to listen to the Holy Spirit's instructions. Your enemies don't have this Anointing because they're not saved. So, you cannot boast against them. You don't realize that if God didn't tell you to get up, that you wouldn't have the strength. You've got to know this. The strength comes from God, not you".

"For example, I had not been listening to God for a few times this week. God was telling me to do things like get up write here, and other things. But I would think I could do a more satisfying way. Like, watch TV and write tomorrow. But what I didn't notice was that I was responding like that to God because I was getting passive in my comfort zone. The more I said no to God, the more I got passive but didn't know it. Each time I said no to God, this led me right to that point of being passive & haughty".

"This is what happened: God said, 'Get up and write'. He means to make a message here. I told Him, 'No. I think I'll enjoy these movies like you said to for a few days ago and do it tomorrow'. I was not lazy. But passive. At that second my cat meowed loud to me. He told me something. I responded by saying 'shut up'. Then he left. I saw the Lord look at my cat and get sad. When I saw His pain, I got up and went over to my cat. He was wizzing in the litter box. My cat usually cries when he wants to eat. But the food bowl was almost full. So, I waited until he was done in the litter box to see if he would walk over to his food bowl and meow. But he took off and started playing instead of went to the cat food bowl and looked at me. So, he wasn't hungry. He wanted me to clean out the litter box. I usually clean the litter box a few times a day. But it had been almost 24-hours since the last cleaning cos I was getting comfortable & passive. My cats are used to a clean litter box. So, I cleaned it out. I repented and in fact cleaned my whole house (a daily chore, i.e. litter box, bed, vacuum, dishes, etc.) and then showered and came here to write because God told me to get up and write. I was putting off cleaning that day cos I was getting passive to the Holy Spirit's voice in my comfort zone, but didn't know it until my cat meowed loudly".

"I had just gotten done boasting against my enemy's weakness when this happened cos he doesn't have the power to control his body with his will like I do. I was talking to the Lord at that instant. He told me this about my enemy, and He also said that I can easily change the way I think by making my body do what my will wants, but my enemy can't because he isn't saved. But I boasted. Then that's when the Lord told me to get up and go write. When I said 'no', my cat meowed and I told him to shut up. The Lord showed me that I was passive because I been passive. The Lord used my cat to put me in check. See? I boasted against my enemy's weakness. Then the Lord used my cat to show me that I have the strength but I'm passive to using it to listen to Him. He did this to show me that the power over my body is His, not mine. I was boasting against my enemy like the power was mine, and when the Lord showed me that I was passive, I repented. The power over the flesh belongs to the Lord. We cannot boast against others like it is our power because it belongs to the Lord. My enemies are weak because they're not saved (by the way, the Holy Spirit didn't call it mortification. He calls it "regeneration" - Ti. 4:3-7). We cannot boast against our enemy's weakness in our strength, especially when we are not listening to the Lord, are passive and are not using the strength".

"Don't boast against your enemy's weakness when you're being passive to God and not using the strength. So, I repented. But I cleaned the cat litter box after my cat asked me to clean it before he used it with his loud meow. He wanted a clean box to pee in, as usual. So, I lost a chance to make my pet happy with a cleaned litter box before he used it cos I wasn't listening to the Lord. I got some cats to go feed right now (the Lord asked me to go outside and feed the homeless cats before bed. I had been up for 21-hours when God asked me to do this. But the Anointing to get up that came as a result of me listening to the Holy Spirit so far, allowed me to go outside to feed the homeless cats. I didn't feel sleepy when I did this for the Lord)".

"When the Lord tells you that this Anointing is yours and that it is who you are in Him, don't take credit for the Anointing. Give the praise back to Him and tell Him thank you, and that it is His power. Not yours. Keep that mentality to avert becoming haughty by believing that this is YOUR power. It belongs to the Lord. With my cat's meow, it's like the Holy Spirit told me, 'You're squandering your power and you're passive. Don't boast against your enemy's weakness because this power's Mine'. Got it?"

The Faith of God

Whatever God Says to You Comes Out of what He Said to You

You Can Do Whatever God says to You

Hebrews 11:3 New Living Translation 3 By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.

Romans 4:17 Living Bible

{Paraphrased} 17 That is what the Scriptures mean when they say that God made Abraham the father of many nations. God will accept all people in every nation who trust God as Abraham did. And this promise is from God Himself, who makes the dead live again and speaks of future events with as much certainty as though they were already past.

"God's Word gives you His power when He speaks to you. You can do whatever He says to you in the Anointing. However, the Lord respects your freewill. You don't obey His commands like a robot. For example, when God says to me, "Get up". I don't get up like a robot and start doing what He says. We all have a choice to become passive & comfortable, i.e. spiritually indifferent. Or, you can get up in the power of the Spirit (because the Holy Spirit said to you to 'get up'), and exercise your will & train your body to be godly by listening to the Holy Spirit. Born-again people have a new desire to please God in their hearts (Eze. 36:25-27). So, they need to listen to the Holy Spirit in order to nourish that need to please God. So, Christians are going to listen to the Holy Spirit".

"God wants us to know that His possession of our bodies in the new birth (Eze. 36:27), is first a "yes and amen", and then it is in-line with our will for the rest of our lives because of that initial 'yes'. This means that God respects our will. Thus, cometh the old saying, "Sweet Jesus". He's given us free choice. He does not possess our bodies like the devil does, with coercion forcing our will to his. God has given us the power to obey Him in the born-again regeneration; the need to please God (Rom. 8:5-8/ Gal. 1:10/ 1 Thes. 4:1/ Heb. 11:5, 6; 13:16). It is impossible to not listen to God because you'll become malnourished. No one likes to feel that spiritual hunger and thirst for the joy of the Lord that comes as a result of not listening to God. We all want to feel the joy of the Lord (Ps. 16:11). We may make mistakes as we learn to listen to the Holy Spirit, but real conversions always come back to Jesus from the mistakes of backsliding when He calls their name (1 Jn. 2:19). So, real Christians, the born-again, do not sin in this respect (1 Jn. 3:9). God is more happy than we are when we listen to the Holy Spirit. More happy than we will ever know on this side of eternity".

The Strong Help the Weak

Not Attack Them

If You're Weak, You Attack Others

Hebrews 7:7 Authorized (King James) Version 7 And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.

Galatians 4:29 Authorized (King James) Version 29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

"To the strong, everybody is weak. So, the strong pity the weak and help them instead of attack them for their weaknesses. If you're strong and genuine, you help the weak. If you try to be something, you're not it. The weak are not strong, so when they try to be strong, they use their strength to attack the better and also to attack others for their weaknesses. They do this for a false reputation. To the weak, looking tough is just as good as being tough. But when you're strong and real, you got nothing to prove and you don't feel belittled by the attacks of the weak cos you're confident in your experiences and training. You're confident and you don't abuse the weak. If you got it, you help the weak. If you don't, you attack the weak. The weak are the ones who start trouble. When you're strong and know how to fight, you don't fight other men. You respect them. Real men don't fight unless it is self-defense. The weak start trouble".

"Like a Green Baret or a Black Belt, they're professional killers, so they're tolerant to the weak. They help them. But the weak attack them because they don't have the strength to respect others like a strong and normal man does. The Black Belt is always getting into fights with weaker and insecure men. They're weak. So, they have to attack the strong to feel like a man, or confident. Otherwise, they feel effeminate around the strong. Emasculated cos they're insecure. But the better bless the weak. The weak attack the strong and lose every time. Punks are always getting beat up by normal men".

"If you're strong, you respect stronger men cos you're confident. You identify with their strength and learn from them. If you're weak, you can't respect a stronger man cos you're insecure. So, you fight the stronger to feel strong. Like a sissy, you exploit his humility and fight him cos you know you're safe in that humility. But you lose to the stronger and get beat up every time. Strong men don't show their strength because they're dangerous. This is called humility. Weak men can't hide their aggressions at higher and stronger men. So, they commit suicide in attacks against them for their ladie's honor".

"The strong walk alone because no one else is strong and likeminded to them. This is called compatibility issues. We don't think that we're better than you. We are looking for friends of equal strength to laugh and have fun in life with. This is called compatibility (Pr. 27:17). But there is no one else like this but you".

"When a strong man rejects you, it's for his best interests because you won't get along if you're incompatible. He's not rejecting you to hurt you. Everything he does is for his own self-value. Not to hurt you. If a stronger man rejects him, he isn't hurt because he's incompatible. If you can't let a man go who is incompatible for you, you are weak. This is why the strong reject you for their own compatibility and emotional security".

"One thing that I cannot stand in my emotional and spiritual security with God, is that people need love. They want to make others responsible for their feelings. But your feelings and actions are on you. You can't make other people responsible for your decisions because they're not. You are. If it's not mutual between us, I ain't gonna love on you. You don't seem to know what consenting adults is about. God is the only one that can love you like you need so that you, like me, don't need love from other people because you are filled up inside with the Presence and the love, joy and peace of God the Holy Spirit (Ps. 16:11)".

"If you come to me without my permission, you're going to bother me and I'm not going to help you. You need to get my permission before you come to see me. If you do, then I'll help you. But if you come without my permission you're going to bother me and I'm not going to help you. Call before you come or stay away. I don't like unannounced guests. Unless you're friends. People I know are the only ones that can come without a call cos they have my permission to do so. Strangers are not welcome without my permission".

"I believe in God but I'm not a Pastor. I'm a prophet. Prophets are not the people type. We're the private type. Did you know that people are different? Only retarded people say you're wrong for being different because they can't accept people who are different from them and have to make them like them. But we Prophets have to keep our sensory system clean from the problems that people cause with their desperate need for love, so that we can hear the the Holy Spirit and the angels (the spirits) talk. When people come, the spirits go. When people go, the spirits come and talk to me (1 Cor. 14:32). I can't hear God speak to me when there's clutter from the world clogging up my sensory system. Prophets need to stay away from people to hear from God. So, we're not the people person type. The Pastor is. We Prophets are not the type to sit on the first row of pews as the Pastor wants people to do that go to his/ her church. The Prophet isn't here to help the less fortunate as much as he is to hear from God and to speak to you for Him. We're messengers. Not Pastors. The Pastor is the one that you need to go to for help. The Pastor is the one that will give you money, food, shelter, cars and whatever else you need and want, because that's his job for Jesus. Mine is not that. So you're coming to the wrong person. Straight from the horses mouth. If you want to hear God speak, contact me. But I ain't giving you no money".

"See Pr. 4:20-27 about keeping your sensory system pure with the Word. See 1 Cor. chapters 12 thru 14 and Eph 4 about the order of the church's leadership and their duties. Pastors and prophets have different ministries. Come to me for a special and personal prophecy from the Holy Spirit and the Angels of Light; your Guardian Angel. Not for money. Go see a Pastor for money".

"You have to learn how to fight. If you don't know how to fight and win, you won't be a normal person. You'll be weak and insecure. Always starting trouble to get the confidence and respect that fighters have. And, you'll always be getting into fights with people of that same weak, victimizing character. So, you're normal if you know how to fight".

"The less are blessed of the better. Those born of the flesh (the weak) persecute those born of the Spirit (the stronger and better). God wants you to know that your strength isn't given to you to kill men for the Lord. It's given to help and save them for the Lord. Use your strength to help the weak and those who cannot defend themselves. Fight for the children, women, the elderly, cowards and the crippled" (Ps. 82:2-4).

"The Lord says that there is a time for everything. A time to fight and a time to heal, to build up and for peace (Ecc. 3). If the Lord wants you to fight, like Samson (Judges chapters 13 -16), you're going to win. Otherwise, your strength is to use to aid the needy and the afflicted. Those who mourn for God's help in their turmoil". 3) Be Spontaneous Let the Holy Spirit Release You from Your Comfort Zone 2 Timothy 4:2-A Living Bible

{Paraphrased} 2 Preach the Word of God urgently at all times, whenever you get the chance, in season and out, when it is convenient and when it is not. "After a long day of 18-hours awake, I was about to sleep when the Holy Spirit told me to take a shower. Of course, I didn't listen. Then, the Holy Spirit began to teach me that being spontaneous is the key to sucess in the mortification of the Holy Spirit. The Lord told me to take a shower when I was about to fall asleep to make me spontaneous, so that I can learn to mortify my comfort zone. Being spontaneous keeps you from getting passive in your comfort zone. The power to mortify the deeds of the body comes through the power of the Spirit. This means that only when the Holy Spirit tells you to shower when you're almost asleep, is when you'll mortify your body by listening to the Holy Spirit". "Being spontaneous is a key to success in the mortification of the body from sin". 4) Adequate Rest After You've Listened to the Holy Spirit and Trained Your Body Get Some Rest Genesis 2:2 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. "As God rested after He finished His work, So must we. Adequate rest is a key to success in the mortification of the body from sin". "After I finished writing this message for the Lord, the Holy Spirit said to me, as I sat down on my bed to lay down to sleep, 'Rest now. After you've listened to the Lord'". (5 Be Sober Don't Party Luke 12:35-48 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} Be Ready for the Lord’s Coming 35 {And Jesus said} “Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning, 36 as though you were waiting for your Master to return from the wedding feast. Then you will be ready to open the door and let Him in the moment He arrives and knocks. 37 The servants who are ready and waiting for His return will be rewarded. I tell you the truth, He Himself will seat them, put on an apron, and serve them as they sit and eat! 38 He may come in the middle of the night or just before dawn. But whenever He comes, He will reward the servants who are ready. 39 “Understand this: If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar was coming, he would not permit his house to be broken into. 40 You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.” 41 Peter asked, “Lord, is that illustration just for us or for everyone?” 42 And the Lord replied, “A faithful, sensible servant is one to whom the Master can give the responsibility of managing His other household servants and feeding them. 43 If the Master returns and finds that the servant has done a good job, there will be a reward. 44 I tell you the truth, the Master will put that servant in charge of all He owns. 45 But what if the servant thinks, ‘My Master won’t be back for a while,’ and he begins beating the other servants, partying, and getting drunk? 46 The Master will return unannounced and unexpected, and He will cut the servant in pieces and banish him with the unfaithful. 47 “And a servant who knows what the Master wants, but isn’t prepared and doesn’t carry out those instructions, will be severely punished. 48 But someone who does not know, and then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required. Luke 21:34-36 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 34 {And Jesus said} “Watch out! Don’t let your hearts be dulled by carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Don’t let {the Rapture} catch you unaware, 35 like a trap. For that day will come upon everyone living on the earth. 36 Keep alert at all times. And pray that you might be strong enough to escape these coming horrors and stand before the Son of Man.” 1 Peter 4:7 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch {for the Rapture in} prayer. 1 Thessalonians 5:1-10 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 5 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, {Christian family}, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you {as if you were thieves}. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ {in the Rapture}, 10 who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. 1 Peter 1:13 Authorized (King James) Version 13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ {in the Rapture}; Titus 2:11-13 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing {the Rapture} of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 2 Timothy 1:6-7 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 6 Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind {of self-discipline}. Ephesians 5:18 New Living Translation 18 Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit Proverbs 20:1 Authorized (King James) Version 20 Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. Proverbs 21:17 Authorized (King James) Version 17 He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich. Proverbs 23:15-21 Authorized (King James) Version 15 My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine. 16 Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things. 17 Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long. 18 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off. 19 Hear thou, my son, and be wise, and guide thine heart in the way. 20 Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh: 21 for the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags. Proverbs 23:29-32 Authorized (King James) Version 29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? 30 they that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. 31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. 32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder. Proverbs 31:6-7 Authorized (King James) Version 6 Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. 7 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more. 6) Mistakes Are How to Learn Not to Make Mistakes Isaiah 61:1-3 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased}

1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me; because the Lord hath anointed Me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified. Psalm 30:10-12 Authorized (King James) Version 10 Hear, O Lord, and have mercy upon me: Lord, be Thou my helper. 11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: Thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; 12 to the end that my glory may sing praise to Thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto Thee for ever. Romans 8:18-39 Authorized (King James) Version 18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of Him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. 26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit {Himself} maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. 29 For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified. 31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For Thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. "In the U.S. Military training fields, cadets go there to make mistakes. Mistakes are how you learn. They make mistakes as they practice what they've been taught mentally until the mistakes perfect their training. They become professional in combat tactics. They are there to perfect what they know with mistakes. Mistakes show them what they need not to do. You learn from mistakes. This is how you've got to live the Christian life. You make success out of your mistakes". "I'm saying this in reference to my statements in this letter about not listening to the Lord when He told me to do something. The Lord gives us chance after chance to learn from our mistakes. I know that I'll get another chance to listen to the Lord. So, you, too. Don't take your mistakes of not listening to the Lord as failures. Grow from your mistakes. That's what mistakes are for: to teach you what not to do".

Comfort from the Holy Spirit About Your Body

"Keep on top of your body. Don't listen to your feelings. You'll make mistakes. To listen is your purpose in life. To take commands from the Lord. You are My servants. Not God. You are created and designed to take orders from Me. You are not God to give orders and to create your own sense of good and evil. My Word is your good and evil. You can go no higher than My Word. This is what Satan tried to get Mankind to do. To give them "the power of a god". The power to create their own senses of good and evil by disobeying My Word, and then to get them to live forever in that fallen condition by eating from the Tree of Eternal Life. But I sent Cherubs, Michael and his Army, with flaming swords to guard the entrance to the Tree of Eternal Life. I did this to keep Mankind from living in eternal death and suffering. Mankind died that day for disobeying My Word, because to listen to Me, is your purpose for living. You now have the power of a god. To create your own sense of good and evil in your fallen and fleshly condition. But you don't live forever like a god".

"Your Apostle, My servant, the Apostle to the Gentile nations, the Apostle Paul, told you to exercise your senses to discern between good and evil with My Word (the Bible - Heb. 5:13, 14:). My Word will make you born again and open the eyes of your understanding to know what good and evil are (1 Pt. 1:23). Satan told Mankind in the beginning that there are two roads that you can go by. But there is only one. My Word. The evil road is an illusion of two paths that are your own created senses of good and evil. Your sense of good on that lying road, is not My Word. It is your own created and false sense of good called the reward of service to man. You think that by helping others that you earn My salvation when faith in My Son Christ is the road back to Me. There is no place in My new Jerusalem for the earning of My salvation by what you call good works. I sent My Son, the God Jesus, to bring you back to Me by faith through grace (Eph. 2:8). The two roads of good and evil in your world, are not the path of My Word back to Me. There is only one path and purpose in life. My Word. The path of two roads, your own senses of good and evil, is the lie of Satan, the father of lies (Jn. 8:44). Today, in the damned's path of disobedience to My Word, Satan lies and tells you that there are two roads, good and evil. Your own created and false senses of good and evil. So, in the path of evil there are two paths called the knowledge of good and evil. This is the illusion that Satan created and you believe that life is about creating right and wrong for yourselves. But Satan doesn't talk to you about My Word, which is the only path that exists in life. Your purpose is to listen to My Spirit in you. Not to these preachers of false religion who teach you that there is another world to live by. Into that world they will go, which in My Word, is the path of the damned, or, eternal flames created for Satan and his fallen host of evil angels and men".

Ecclesiastes 12:13 Authorized (King James) Version 13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. NOTE: The Infilling of the Holy Spirit Is What Mortifies Our Body Psalm 16:7-11 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 7 I will bless the Lord who guides me; even at night my heart instructs me. 8 I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for He is right beside me. 9 No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice {my tongue shouts His praises}. My body rests in safety. 10 For You will not leave my soul among the dead or allow Your Holy One to rot in the grave. 11 You {have shown me} the way of life, {And You fill me with} the joy of Your presence and the pleasures of living with You forever. "The senses of success and accomplishment at doing my Daily Agenda, can also be called "fulfillment". As the Lord told me, these feelings make people feel good. But this fulfillment is not the fulfillment that the Lord wants us to feel. The fulfillment that the Lord wants us to feel, is the satisfaction of listening to the Holy Spirit in our daily and personal lives. This feeling also feels good. David said in Ps. 16:11 that God fills us with the joy and pleasure of living with Him". "Putting God first before our daily agenda, before sleep and resting, of being spontaneous and putting the mind in control of the body with willpower, will fill us with the joy and pleasure of the success and accomplishment; of the fulfillment of the joy of listening to the Holy Spirit". The Born Again Need to Please God The Holy Spirit wants us to experience The nourishing of the need to please God after we listen to His Voice After We Listen and Do His instructions for our Personal Lives Hebrews 11:6 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 6 And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to Him must believe that God exists and that He rewards those who sincerely seek Him {by faith}. Hebrews 11:5 New International Version 5 By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: “He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. Ezekiel 36:25-27 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 25 “Then I {the Lord} will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away, and you will no longer worship idols. 26 And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. 27 And I will put My Spirit in you so that you will follow My decrees and be careful to obey My regulations. Romans 8:5-11 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 5 Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit. 6 So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace. 7 For the sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God’s laws, and it never will. 8 That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God. 9 But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to Him at all.) 10 And Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, {your spirit is alive} because you have been made right with God. 11 The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, He will {mortify and give eternal life your mortal bodies} by this same Spirit living within you. 1 Thessalonians 4:1 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} Live to Please God 4 Finally, dear {Christian} brothers and sisters, we urge you in the name of the Lord Jesus to live in a way that pleases God, as we have taught you. You live this way already, and we encourage you to do so even more. Galatians 1:9-10 New Living Translation {Paraphrased} 9 I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News {about Christ} than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed. 10 Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant. "People that are born-again and Spirit filled have a new heart and a new spirit with a desire to please God above all things. God first. This is the spiritual fulfillment that God is talking about that He wants us to experience when we train our body to listen to the Voice of the Holy Spirit. When you train your body to listen to the Voice of the Holy Spirit in your personal life, you're going to satisfy that born-again need to please God". Mortification Colossians 3:4-6 Authorized (King James) Version {Paraphrased} 5 Mortify {put to death} therefore your {body parts} which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6 for which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: "People are understanding that they need God's help to make it out of this life, because what's killing them is their sinful nature. But they understand that only God can set them free from sin through the Holy Spirit's power. It's called mortification". "Mortification of the body isn't just about exercising. Putting the flesh to death happens in various ways. Whatever way you need the Holy Spirit in your personal life to get you right with God, the Holy Spirit will speak instructions". "For example, the exercise of your spirit in forgiving someone in order to listen to God. Listening to the Voice of the Holy Spirit is still the key that releases sin from your body when you listen to Him. Here's an example", "Let me write out for you here the messages I have recorded about this message, so that you can understand and imitate me as I listen to the Lord": "I had bad feelings for an enemy. And the Lord told me to pray for Him, that he wouldn't get killed when his wife comes to see him. And I didn't want to. I wanted to justify my feelings (let him get killed). But I listened to the Lord and I prayed, and He said", "That's how you gain eternal life. When you put your flesh to death". In Closing, "Lots of people who read my messages say that I sound a lot like the Apostle Paul. This is because we have the same God, the Holy Spirit, teaching us. He teaches us all the same things. Whatever God teaches people, you will find it in the Bible. That's His Book. When God talks to people, He says what's in the Bible. The Lord Jesus said in John 14:26 that the Holy Spirit would teach and remind us of everything that Jesus said. That's what my messages are about. Teachings from the Holy Spirit. In that same scripture verse, the Lord calls the Holy Spirit our Teacher. He teaches us about what Jesus said, and everything that Jesus said is in the Bible. So, scripture verses and passages are going to come to memory when the Holy Spirit talks to us". "Jesus was around for three years doing His Ministry back in His day. The Apostle Paul was around longer than three years. So, the Holy Spirit was telling the Apostle Paul things that Jesus didn't get to say. This is what Jesus was talking about in John 16:12-15 when He said that He had many things to teach us, but He left the job of teaching to the Holy Spirit and went back to heaven. So, what Paul and I talk about, are things that the Holy Spirit teaches people that have been Christians for many years". "Also, the Lord tells me how impossible it is for people to recondition their mindset by training their body to do what they say. The Lord says that people are saying that they can't exercise the way that I do. I want to tell you that it wasn't my will or my body that was strong. It's the Holy Spirit. Remember Samson (Judges chapters 13-16). The Holy Spirit makes men strong. The Holy Spirit's Words made me do what He said to me. When He said to me in 2003, "You don't know the potential of your body. You can do your daily exercise routine if you just start exercising". Those words gave my body the strength to do what He said and start to exercise. That's the power of God's Words. Whatever God says, comes out of what He said. He creates whatever He wants with His Words (Heb 1:1-3; 11:3). God's Words are the power of God". "The Archangel Michael likes to teach me about whatever God teaches me. This is his comment about the power of God, 'God lives in a different universe than you. He's there now with His angels making man more like Him, so he (man) can come there'". "I need this power to hear the spirits. In the Bible this power is called the gift of prophecy. Among the psychics, it is called the power to read angelic vibrations. It is the power of an Angelman; a human-angel. Or, "one who gives messages like an angel". Also, "one who speaks like an angel". This is the power of a prophet. It is the same power and gift that God gave to the Old Testament prophets to prophesy the Old Testament into existence (2 Pt. 1:19-21)". "When I got this power of prophecy back in 2003 on my Reservation, the prophets that wrote to me about it said that God was giving me this power because I needed a closer walk with Jesus. I can't live a regular life as an evangelist. I need to be closer to Jesus than that. So, God took me from evangelist to prophet and satisfied a spiritual need in me to be closer to God. "People say I sound like an angel when I write. So do the prophets in the Bible. I need this gift cos without it, I wouldn't have the wisdom, instruction or safety that comes from their words in that parallel universe. These gifts make me a winner to man and without them, I would be a victim to man. You may not have this power, but I need it".
