A Prophetic Revelation of the Rapture as a Tempest from Heaven

"There's a storm coming, Darrin. Tell them about that storm. This storm is the Rapture."—Says the God of Heaven

OPENING VISION

Isaiah 66:15-16 (KJV)

15 For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

16 For by fire and by his sword will the Lord plead with all flesh: and the slain of the Lord shall be many.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

The Rapture Will Be Like A Tempest—Like The Tempest Of Mount Sinai When God Gave Moses The Ten Commandments (Isaiah 66:15-16)

"There's a storm coming, Darrin. Tell them about that storm. This storm is the Rapture," says the God of Heaven, to you and me.

The Lord commands:

"Say, 'The Lord is sending a tempest. When you see the sky open and black clouds coming forth, and you hear the trumpet sounding, bow down and say, Amen. It is the return of the Messiah for the redeemed. This tempest is like the one they saw on Mount Sinai {when God gave Moses the Ten Commandments}."

"I am He who speaks now to you in Heaven through this Angel/Man, Darrin Pegram. He is in the clouds now hearing my song of Moses in black darkness of the sky. So, return to Me before I come, or I will thrust you through for not bowing down to Me and My Son's Throne in Heaven," says God, the Mighty Lamb from Heaven's Balcony, watching man through His hole in the air that you cannot see.

PART I: SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE TEMPEST

Chapter 1: Joel 2 and Revelation 19 — The Day of God's Fierce Wrath

The Lord instructed me to begin this message with Joel 2. The Lord says that Joel 2 speaks about the Rapture. Joel 2 is another way of saying Revelation 19—the return of the Messiah when the armies of heaven destroy the armies of earth.

Verses 1 to 11 describe the Rapture and what happens to the people of earth when the Messiah returns with His great army.

Verses 12 to 32 speak to us in this life, both Jew and Gentile, before the day that the Lord returns. It's a warning to repent with a gracious offer from the Lord to come to heaven before He returns.

The return of the Messiah is the Day of God's fierce wrath against those who insult His grace with unbelief (Hebrews 10:19-31).

Joel 2:1-11 (KJV)

1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

2 a day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

11 and the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

Joel 2:28-32 (KJV)

28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.

32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Revelation 19:11-21 (KJV) — The Return of Christ

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Chapter 2: The Thick Black Clouds of God's Throne — Exodus 19 and 20

The Lord revealed to me that the thick, black clouds and darkness of Jesus' return are the same thick, black clouds that Moses and Israel saw the day the Lord descended from heaven to give them the Ten Commandments.

God came once in a tempest to give His law to man, and He's coming a second time in the same tempest—called the Rapture—for the redeemed.

The Lord wants to minister to you, as He did to me, about the Rapture from Exodus chapters 19 and 20, because what happened on Mount Sinai will happen again in the Rapture. Exodus 19 and 20 describe a visitation from God in heaven to earth. This will happen again in the Rapture, says the Lord.

Exodus 19:9, 11 (KJV) — The First Prophecy of the Rapture

9 And the Lord said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever.

11 and be ready against the third day: for the third day the Lord will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.

NOTE: The clouds that the Apostle John writes about in Revelation 1:7 are the thick, black clouds of heaven, of God's Presence and Throne, described throughout the Bible. When you read Revelation 1:7, see it as God's second visitation to mankind with the same thick, black clouds of God's first visitation to earth described in Exodus 19 and 20.

Exodus 19:13 (KJV) — The Second Prophecy: The Trumpet and Ascending

13 there shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.

(1 Corinthians 15:50-58 / 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 / Revelation 11:15-19)

Exodus 19:16-20 (KJV) — The Third Prophecy: Thunder, Lightning, Thick Clouds, Trumpet

16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice.

20 And the Lord came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the Lord called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.

NOTE: This passage in Exodus 19:16-20 is about meeting God in the thick, black clouds of heaven. The first meeting with God was on earth—on Mount Sinai. The second meeting with God will be in the sky, called the Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17 / Hebrews 12:25-29).

NOTE: According to 1 Corinthians 15:52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, and Revelation 11:11-12, Exodus 19:20 prophesies the order of God's second visitation to earth in the Rapture: God comes down in black clouds, He calls us, then we go up to Him in the sky.

Chapter 3: Hebrews 12 — The Shaking of Heaven and Earth

Hebrews 12:18-29 (KJV)

18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,

19 and the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:

21 and so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:

22 but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

24 and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

26 whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

29 for our God is a consuming fire.

For clarity: The Lord Jesus is coming again like He did with Moses. However, this time He will come in the sky. With Moses, He touched the earth.

PART II: GOD'S THRONE — THE FLYING CITY IN THE SKY

Chapter 4: The Three Recorded Comings of God's Throne

In the Bible, there are three recorded comings of God's Throne from the thick, black clouds of Heaven to earth:

1. The First Visitation: Mount Sinai, when God gave the First Covenant to man (the Old Testament) — recorded in Exodus 19, 20.

2. The Second Visitation: The day the Lord Jesus Christ died on the Cross for you and me — recorded in Matthew 27:27-54 / Mark 15:16-39 / Luke 23:32-48.

3. The Third Visitation: The Rapture and the Day of the Lord — referenced throughout the Bible, including Acts 2.

Chapter 5: The Heavenly Jerusalem — God's Flying City

What the Lord is showing me about the Rapture is that God lives in a storm in the sky. There is a storm that surrounds God's Throne, and when it moves, a tornado is created under it, whether on land or sea. The Lord flies in the skies in a tornado storm. God's Throne is some sort of flying thing that makes a storm when it moves.

Paul the Apostle called God's Throne the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of God—which is to say, a city in the clouds. A flying city in the sky. It is a New Jerusalem. The Jerusalem in the sky, or heavens. The heavenly Jerusalem.

Paul says that in God's Throne, this huge flying city, is God, Jesus, all the Angels, and all the saved souls of man. That's a lot of beings. Revelation says that the number of human souls in heaven is uncountable! That's a huge city! Paul also calls it "the kingdom of God" in Hebrews 12:28.

Hebrews 12:22-23 (KJV)

22 but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

This makes me think of the movies Star Wars and Close Encounters. In The Empire Strikes Back, there is a city in the sky, and in Close Encounters, there is the Mothership, a huge flying city called a UFO that lands on top of huge mountains.

This also reminds me of the movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019), when the Titan Ghidorah, the three-headed flying dragon, flew across the world. His size and speed created a huge thunderstorm. Ghidorah was surrounded by a fast-moving thunderstorm with a tornado under it—much like what God's huge city does when it flies.

Chapter 6: Biblical Descriptions of the Tempest and God's Throne

Under the word "Tempest," we found the following scripture passages:

God Fights with a Storm — The Storm of His Throne in the Sky

Job 9:5-9, 17 (KJV)

5 Which removeth the mountains, and they know not: which overturneth them in his anger.

6 Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.

7 Which commandeth the sun, and it riseth not; and sealeth up the stars.

8 Which alone spreadeth out the heavens, and treadeth upon the waves of the sea.

17 For he breaketh me with a tempest, and multiplieth my wounds without cause.

In this passage, Job is talking about what it's like to fight God. In verse 3, Job calls it to "contend" with God. In verse 17, Job ends by saying that to contend with God ends with God breaking him with a tempest, or storm. It is that same storm of Mount Sinai that made Moses exceedingly fear and shake (Hebrews 12:21).

God Meets Us In A Flying Storm

Whether people want to fight God or learn from Him, like on Mount Sinai when God gave man His law, it is called "meeting God" (Exodus 19:17). And when we meet God, it will be in a storm. The same storm that God met Moses in.

Isaiah 29:6 (KJV)

6 Thou shalt be visited of the Lord of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.

Psalm 11:4-6 (KJV)

4 The Lord is in his holy temple, the Lord's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.

Psalm 83:14-16 (KJV)

14 As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;

15 so persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.

Isaiah 30:30 (KJV)

30 And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.

The Lord's Throne Controls the Waters

Isaiah 28:2 (KJV) — Paraphrased

2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one {the God Jesus}, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

PART III: THE WHIRLWIND — GOD'S TORNADO RAPTURE

Chapter 7: As the Lord Raptured Elijah, So He Will Take Us

2 Kings 2:1, 11 (KJV)

1 And it came to pass, when the Lord would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.

11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

The Lord says:

" You're going up in a tornado. The Rapture's going to look like a tornado coming down, and then extracting back where it came from."

It is written in the Bible that the Rapture is the Lord's Presence—that fire and smoke tempest in the sky—coming down in a tornado to rapture us to heaven in two seconds. But it takes the gift of prophecy for the Holy Spirit to make us understand this. That's what this message is for.

We know now that we're going to heaven in the Rapture in the tornado of God's Presence in the sky.

The Rapture is the Presence of the Lord—that great tempest from the sky of fire and smoke, splitting the eastern sky and coming down in a tornado to rapture us to heaven in about two seconds, like He did to Elijah.

  • One second for the dead in Christ to rise first into new and immortal bodies and be taken to Heaven

  • One second for the living Christians at that time to be raptured into new and immortal bodies and taken to heaven, a second later (1 Corinthians 15:50-58 / 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

We're going to go aboard that fire and smoke in the sky, the tempest of the Lord's Presence, in the Rapture. That's what the Rapture is. God swooping us up aboard that thing in the sky in an instant, through a tornado like He did to Elijah.

The Lord says:

"The same fire with smoke that you saw with Moses, and that took Elijah to Heaven, is the one that will take you to eternal life {in the Rapture}."

Amen.

Chapter 8: God Speaks From the Whirlwind

The Lord's Presence In the Sky Speaks Lightning, Thunder, Snow and Rain

Job 37:1-6 (KJV)

1 At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

2 Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

3 He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

4 After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

5 God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

6 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

The Lord Speaks to Job From a Tornado

Job 38:1 (KJV)

1 Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said...

Job 40:6 (KJV)

6 Then answered the Lord unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said...

Chapter 9: The Lord Rides Upon the Heavens

Psalm 68:4, 33-34 (KJV)

4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

33 to him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.

34 Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.

Deuteronomy 33:26 (KJV)

26 There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.

Isaiah 19:1 (KJV)

1 The burden of Egypt. Behold, the Lord rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.

Jeremiah 4:13 (KJV) — Paraphrased

13 Behold, {the Lord} shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled.

Zechariah 9:14 (KJV)

14 And the Lord shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the Lord God shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.

Nahum 1:3 (KJV)

3 The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

PART IV: VISIONS OF GOD'S THRONE

Chapter 10: Ezekiel's Vision — A Whirlwind, Fire, and the Throne

A Detailed Description of The Lord and Heaven: The Presence of God From the Sky — The Sky Opens, A Tornado, Fire and Black Smoke Clouds Come Forth. This Is Where We Will Go In the Rapture.

Ezekiel 1:4-5, 26-28 (KJV)

4 And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

5 Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures.

26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.

27 And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.

28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord.

Chapter 11: John's Vision — The Trumpet Voice and the Throne

Revelation 1:10-18 (KJV)

10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

11 saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last...

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 and his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

Revelation 4:1-6 (KJV)

1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Both Ezekiel and John Were Given Little Books to Eat In Order to Prophesy

Ezekiel 2:8-10; 3:1-3 (KJV)

8 But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.

9 And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;

3:3 And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.

Revelation 10:8-11 (KJV)

9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

PART V: PROPHETIC REVELATIONS FROM THE LORD

Chapter 12: The Lord's Words About His Throne

The Lord says:

"Do you know what that is? A House. It flies. God wants to be able to go from lying, to flying in a second to where He wants to go. The Lord is calling it a house."

The Lord says about His return:

"You see all these worlds and these stars? They're all going to die from heaven when I come. I'm going to see them spinning in orbit. I'm going to send My flames, My fiery sword, to devour it. It won't last. It's going to spin and burn out in a quick second like the earth did when I turned it out."

Chapter 13: The Archangel Gabriel Speaks About the Return of the Messiah and the Destruction of the Stars and Demons

"There's going to be hell in this world when God comes. Everybody is going to die but His kind. He's going to be the only one left in space. All those stars that shine, are going to die in an instant. Those are the homes of the demons where they have them caged. The first one is the home of Lucifer. It's not Orion. It's the one from the South" (Crux, the Southern Cross, and Taurus).

"The highest in the Archangels is Lucifer. The same Gabriel {the Guardian Angel of the Night} went with him {Lucifer} at Night to worship God, and came back alone because he {Lucifer} left in the Night. Gabriel let 'Late Lucifer' leave the Lord when He {the Lord} made heaven and earth. That was the day he {Lucifer} left. That was the day the stars were made. There were none before him {before Lucifer was created}. That's why he's {Lucifer} in His {God's} Presence."

"He {Lucifer} was the one that was there when He {God} created these living things they call humans. He {God} said they were going to be His special kind of people. But they sinned and left the Valley of the Lord and returned to the nether world of Luciferians. They {the Luciferians} were there when they {mankind} were created and told them not to be with God, or He would die laughing at them."

Scripture Reference:

2 Peter 3:7-10 (KJV)

7 but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

PART VI: A PERSONAL CALL TO PROPHETIC MINISTRY

Chapter 14: The Archangel Gabriel and the Lord's Command to Me

The Archangel Gabriel speaks first:

{The Archangel Gabriel stood in my room invisible} and said:

"I'm from Heaven, you're not. There is a hole in this room that we come through to talk to you about God and His world. You need to keep writing {prophecies} so people have a road to God from Hell. If you don't, you will be killed in a car wreck this Summer."

The Lord confirms what the Archangel said with more detail:

"You're keeping people from Hell by doing this {writing prophecies}, son. Let your work begin and not stop. From beginning to end, I am yours. You will live with Me in the sky, if you obey Me, My Word. And do not stray in the least from the tittle of the law, or I will kill you in a car wreck."

"I'm doing this for you because you've been born again. If it wasn't for this, I would have left you in that hole you were supposed to die in."

The Lord apparently saved me from death by the baptism into the Holy Spirit in Los Angeles County Jail in 1991. I never knew this until today. I got new life that day from Heaven when this happened to me, to escape from sin and death.

Now, I have a new call to serve the Lord as a Prophet. I lost my old call as an evangelist in Los Angeles over my backslidings. This is my last chance to make it with you born again, Spirit filled and Blood bought children of God, to the fire and black smoke clouds of God's Presence in the Rapture.

Zechariah 4:6 (KJV)

6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

Amen.

EPILOGUE: THE SIGIL OF THE LORD

The Lord Signs this Prophecy with His Sigil:

"The Sigil of the Lord is A Tomb With A Cross In Front of It," says the Lord.
