Who is the False Prophet in Revelation 13:11-18 and Revelation 17?

so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast;

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast,
that the image of the beast should both speak,
and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark,
or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast:
for it is the number of a man;

I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her,
which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit,
and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder,
whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world,
when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom.
The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come;
and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. 12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet;
but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them:
for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth,
are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast,
these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked,

17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

The False Prophet is Not the Catholic Church
I have never met Islam personally. In Los Angeles back in the 80's and 90's, I did meet some Muslim's in jail who told me about the Koran (I'm a product of prison ministry in Los Angeles - Victory Outreach). I have never had any personal problems with Muslims. But the Lord told me today and earlier this year that the Mahdi is the false prophet in scripture. So, I'm taking sides with the Lord against Islam. The word "moody" next to His revelation of the False Prophet is how to pronounce the word "Mahdi". Today, when the Lord gave me this revelation of the false prophet, He said "moody". You spell it "mahdi" but pronounce it "moody". That's what the Lord said to me today so I'm not going to listen to anyone else about how to pronounce"mahdi".
I got a message last week from the Lord about the catholic church and the Lord was telling me in that message that the Pope is not the false prophet. Since I've been baptized into the Holy Spirit in 1991, which IS salvation (Ti. 3:4-7), I have heard people saying that the False Prophet in Rev. 13 & 17 is the Pope. I too misconceived this when I read Rev. 13 & 17 and learned that the catholic church is the only church with a theocracy.
A theocracy is where God is government. Religion plays a central role in governance. It is a society where the people rule by God and the laws of the state are based on religious law, and the political leaders are members of the clergy. This is what the United States is trying to do with President Trump. He became a Christian recently, but the United States are copying the theocracy of the Vatican where politics is God. A religious leader with political power. That's actually the Pope, Peter's successor.
There is no other political or religious system that has a theocracy because theocracy is the kingdom of heaven. Jesus, the Son of God, our great High Priest, told me last week that He is talking about the Roman Catholic church in the following passage,

Theocracy is the union of Church and State. It is called "ecclesiastical sovereignty". Today in the United States we have the "separation of Church and State". Only the Vatican has the power of church and state in one government. But this country wants politics to rule with religious law. Vatican City is where I want to live.
The Pope is not the false prophet of scripture. He is the Apostle Peter's successor. The catholic church holds all the Christian literature written since Christ and the first century church and it comes from the church that wrote the Bible.
I was saved and baptized into the Holy Spirit by churches that are not catholic. Victory Outreach. Assemblies of God. Pentecostal, Charismatic and Four Square. And there are the disagreements between these churches and the catholic church. But they are the churches that saved me and got me baptized into the Holy Spirit. In fact, my reservation, Fort Berthold in North Dakota, was witnessed to by two Pentecostal missionaries from the Four-Square church in Los Angeles in the Azusa Street Outpouring in 1906. I am a product of that outpouring. And this year, 2024, the Lord witnessed to me and corrected me about those beliefs that the Pope is the false prophet in Rev. 13 & 17.
I followed along with some of the teachings of these churches about the catholic church being the heretic church in the book of Revelation. Revelation 13:1-10 talks about a political system that God calls the "First Beast". Revelation 13:11-18 talks about the "second Beast". A religious system that revives the political one and keeps it in authority with a world monetary system.
The reason that God's church were deceived and wrote that the catholic church is that false religious system in Rev. 13:11-18, is because Rev. 13 is talking about a copy of what God did with the Roman Empire and the Roman Catholic Church.
In Rev. 13, it is prophesied that the Dragon's political system (the political power, seat and authority of the Dragon, that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan - Rev. 12:9; 20:2) will die out and will be revived with religious authority. A lamb with horns that speaks like a Dragon (Rev. 13:11). Horns in the Bible represent authority. A lamb represents Jesus and to speak like a dragon means he talks like a politician. This is a false theocracy. A fake union of church and state. The devil is copying what the Lord did with Rome.
Three hundred years after Rome crucified Christ, it was converted to Christianity. One hundred and forty years after Rome was converted, the empire fell. Thus, Rome fell four hundred and forty years after they crucified Christ.
The Lord destroyed Rome for killing His Son, even though He was the one who killed Him for our sins (Zec. 13:7/ Mt. 26:31/ Lk. 14:27/ Acts 2:23/ Isa. 53:10). What the Lord did was save Rome before He shut it down for murder. Then He revived Rome with His church and today it is called the Roman Catholic Church. The church that the Apostle Peter built with the first church for the Lord Jesus. See link below. What the devil is trying to do is copy the theocracy of God's true church, the Vatican. The Vatican has both political and religious authority in one man, the Pope. The devil uses two men. The Beast and the False Prophet. One political and the other religious because the gates of hell cannot prevail against God's sovereign church. The devil cannot make a theocracy in one man. Only God can do that. The devil wants to copy the Vatican, lol.
People see what the Lord did with Rome and see its copy prophesied in Rev. 13 and think that it's talking about the catholic church. I did the same thing. But I asked God if the Pope is the false prophet because Jesus said in Mt. 16:18 that upon Peter He built His church and the Pope is Peter's successor, and God said "No".
