Back in 2019 my guardian angel told me something about the law that's been putting people in check everywhere. He said,
"Those who obey the law are mentally competent".
You understand that, right? That means that people who don't obey the law are mentally incompetent. So, what does that say about the cops in North Dakota who break the law when their job is to serve and to protect? They're not doing their jobs. "Neglect of Duty" and "Mental Incompetence". They're trying to change their laws to get away with killing people who break their laws. It's progressive entrapment. Mental incompetence. Mental patients in law.
I'm not into law. I'm into my safety & personal welfare. Law is made for your safety and personal welfare. If you're not into your health and safety, you got a mental problem. The reason to obey the law is for your own safety.
You don't obey the law because cops tell you to. Cops are "Safety Enforcement Officers". They're there to regulate you for disobeying the law. You shouldn't need the police to ticket you or instruct you to obey the law because you obey the law for your own safety. Those who obey the law are mentally competent. Those who disobey the law are mentally incompetent because the law is made for your safety and health. I don't need the police to tell me to obey the law because I know what's best for me. I don't obey the law because the police tell me to. They can't do that. They can only arrest you. I listen to the law because I know what's best for me and the law is made for my safety and welfare.
I used to go to jail a lot in California over 25 years ago. Back then, I used to disobey the law and go to jail whenever I was hurting. Nothing could make me hurt like a woman back then. Pain and not knowing how to deal with it, traumatized me and I was in a state of apathy for years. I didn't care for my safety, health and personal welfare. That's when the law said time and time again that I was a danger to myself and to others and arrested me. There's an old saying in Christianity that says, "When I needed help, God sent a black & white" (Rom. 13:1-4). Years ago, one of my guardian angels told me this,
"When you ask God for help, He sends a Police Officer ... remember that!"
Today, I know how to deal with loss. I'm more into my health, welfare and safety than I am into relationships. So, I love myself first and no lost relationship can make me traumatized and apathetic no more.
Today, I obey the law to be mentally competent before the Lord, and I obey the law because it's for my safety. You don't obey the law because a cop tells you to. That's not what cops are for and that is not how to care for yourself.
An Example That Law is Made for Your Safety
Speed Limits & Centripetal Forces
Safety First
Speed Limits are made for your safety. The speed signs on any road, highway or freeway, are made for your safety by the authorities through drive tests over and over because of centripetal forces. Centripetal forces are what you feel in a car when you turn. Whether it's left or right, backward or forward, you fly in that direction with that force. So, speed limits are made for you to safely move without injury with those forces while driving.
People who disobey the speed limits, whether too fast or too slow, and the mental reasoning and the things that they tell themselves when they break the speed limits, are mentally incompetent, because they're not thinking of their own safety.
What makes one mentally incompetent isn't breaking the law. But that they don't put their safety first. When I drive the speed limit and people around me don't, I see how mental they are ... I'll keep driving the speed limit no matter what to be mentally competent and normal because God told me to drive the speed limit when He said to me,
"Those who obey the law are mentally competent".

What do people do when other people tailgate them? They brake hard ... a couple times about ten years ago, I dealt with a couple tailgaters in North Dakota. One weekend while driving the speed limit on a twenty-mile-long road back to my house from the store, a car sped up behind me and started tailgating. It was a couple. The male was the driver. And he had that weirdo backward country face that North Dakota locals get from the isolation. They look demented and act dangerous, but they get scared of cops. He had a girl but no dick. He was trying to impress his girl by tailgating someone instead of using his dick to impress her.
My turn was coming up fast and the law is to signal at least one hundred feet before the turn. So, that's what I did and went from 65 to 15 quick while he swerved to the right to avoid a crash and crashed into a ditch. I turned around to see if they survived and they did, so I left ... his wreck was not an actual crash, but he braked hard and got off the road, which happened to be a ditch to avoid a "bumper to bumper". How hard does one brake at one hundred feet to turn going 65? They had good brakes.
Another time, again on a 65-zone road going to the store, I was doing the speed limit, and a little car comes speeding up behind me and started tailgating. It was a couple of men. My turn was coming up fast. So, at one hundred feet I hit the turn signal, and again, they braked hard and swerved off the road into a ditch to avoid a crash. I looked back to see if they were alive and they were back on the road. So, I left ... they had good brakes.

It's a federal law in every state that you stay at least one car space behind the driver in front of you to be safe from crashes like in the video above instead of tailgating the driver in front of you ... you do this for your safety and health. The law is made to keep you alive. If you can't obey the law for your own health & safety, you got a mental problem ... of course, not everybody follows the rules. Those who obey the law are mentally competent, right? If you put your safety and health first (after God), you're normal. If you endanger yourself, you're not. OK. This also applies to killing people legally in self-defense. The law is made for your safety, health, welfare and good. Thus, if you want to stay out of jail when you kill in defense of life, you need to submit to the laws of the land about weapon ownership. You need to learn what killing in self-defense means in the laws of your land.
Apply for a Carry Permit and take Handgun Safety Classes. This will tell you what the laws are to kill someone in your state or country. It is mentally incompetent and illegal for you to shoot someone because they hurt your feelings, which is what most people do who are not trained about handgun safety and the laws of the land.
I applied for a carry permit and learned about when it's murder and when it's self-defense. God and I are advising you to do the same thing ... you'll be surprised to find out that you can't kill someone who's robbing your house if he's outside your house. In California, the robber has to be inside your house and pose an immediate threat to anyone inside your house. In other states, they can be on your porch as well as inside your house.

Romans 13:1 says to submit to the government. Lk. 22:36 says to get a sword and fight the government if they are trying to kill you. What God wants you to see was the authorities are the ones that crucified Jesus. In Lk. 22:36 when Jesus told His church to get a sword and fight, He was talking about fighting the police that came to arrest Him. But not to save Him from them as they misunderstood. But to fight for themselves because they were going to be crucified with Jesus if they didn't.
But they fought the authorities with a sword to save Jesus from God's will of sacrificing Jesus for the sins of the world. But they didn't know it. This is why Satan wanted to sift Peter like wheat because he was wrong about how to use that sword from Jesus (Lk. 22:31-34). It's for defense against judicial tyranny.
What God wants you to see here is that this was the authorities, the police and its government, that arrested and killed Jesus. Look at what Jesus told the church to do in Lk. 22:36 when the government attack, to sell what you have and buy a sword, or a weapon, like a gun. if God wants you to have a weapon, it will be given to you for sure.
When those who make the laws for your safety, start to attack you, using the law on them isn't what to do. God says to get a weapon and kill them to stay alive. When the authorities attack you with bad cops like in the video above, you kill them to survive. That's what God wants you to know about bad cops and judicial tyrants. Not everybody follows the rules. The law are lawless. When the law get lawless on you, you break every law there is on legal self-defense. Fight to survive without law. Just kill them to stay alive. It's you or them, and God gave you a command to stay alive. To God, you are more important than the authorities are because you're His child. If there's no law, you survive to stay alive. They call it, "The Law of the Jungle". He who kills first wins.

You have jurisdictions. Federal employees. State employees. County employees and city employees. These are the police forces. The feds are the Marshalls, the CIA, the FBI, the BIA, the DEA, ATF, NRA, CBP, ICE, the TSA, Secret Service, Coast Guard, National Guard, Homeland Security, the National Park Rangers and the National Forest Service. All of these have jurisdiction across the entire country to conduct law enforcement activities and criminal investigations.
The state police are the Highway Patrol. Or the State Troopers or the State Patrol. They have statewide jurisdiction across the whole state to conduct law enforcement activities and criminal investigations.
The county workers also called Local/ Municipal, are the County Police. The Sheriff and his Deputies. They have jurisdiction in their counties to conduct law enforcement activities and criminal investigations.
The city workers are your local Police Departments. They have jurisdiction within their city limits to conduct law enforcement activities and criminal investigations. The city police are hired by the sheriff in that county. The Sheriff can fire any police officer for not submitting to county laws. The government federal workers have authority over the state, county and city workers and are the ones who hire and fire them all.
I said all that to say that when the federal agencies are righteous, they will beat their state, county and city police for abuse of authority and police brutality on the communities they swore to serve and to protect, as in the Steven Seagal movie above, "Fire Down Below". All the police forces answer to someone in the federal agencies.

In God's message in Lk. 22:36 about self-defense against crooked cops, both messages on martyrdom and survival are included. It's all about God's will for you. In this passage, Jesus was called to martyrdom, and the church, His disciples, were called to survival.
God uses some in death and some in life. God uses people in death through martyrdom. But with people like me that are called to live, God uses weapons to save us from death. Not everyone is called to be a martyr like Jesus, because in Lk. 22:36 Jesus told the church to stand and fight the crooked authorities instead of being a martyr with Him. God wants you to know that there are both calls like this and they're both seen in Lk. 22. I'm not a martyr. So, God tells me to kill crooked authorities.
I'm not trying to have fun putting the police down. They're like that. Not me. They have fun putting police down. Here, I don't have to put them down because their mental incompetence is shown in their lawlessness. The fact that they got mental problems, does the putting them down for them ... you're doing a good job by yourself.
Why God is Giving This Life to Me
And Ending Yours
God is telling me why He is killing everyone but me. There are many reasons. One is because I'm not yours. You people that have problems with me are weirdoes who say that they can do whatever they want with what belongs to them. But they abuse their families. When you love and live with the; when you treat them good, they abuse you. When you leave them, they cry like weirdoes or retards. What they want, is to abuse you because that's what love is to them.
I am not like that with my family, naturally. I don't like it when people fall in love with me when it's not mutual because people get possessive and treat you like you belong to them, like you're their property. I can't stand possessive and jealous people because I'm a normal man.
This is one reason I am not a people person. I am the private type. I don't please others. I come next to God. Family after that. Relatives after family. Church after that. Then the community. Other countries last. Sorry. I got no place for the police unless they're family. No offense. I don't know you and I don't need your services. I got my family and friends and we're huge.
I'm talking about people priorities because God is first with me. I belong to God, and He treats me with perfect peace. He and His angels love me perfectly. I prefer heaven to man. God comes first.
I belong to God, but enemies treat me like I belong to them. Like they got the right to do what they want with my civil freedoms. The Lord takes issue with how people are with me because I don't belong to them. I belong to God. That's one problem that God has with my enemies. I belong to Him and people can't do what they want with me, such as taking my life. They don't believe in God but that doesn't mean that I don't belong to God and that they can end my life. This is one reason He's telling me to kill you. This means that because you want to take my life, that God is killing you instead and letting me live. I'm going to be the one left in a couple years ... God is giving this life to me alone ...
Another reason that God is giving this life to me is because He killed me first. Getting born again is a form of death (Rom. 6). But we are always dying and resurrecting in our inner man (1 Cor 15:31/ 2 Cor. 4:7-18). Everyday, we die more and when we die, we got the right to live.
In 2020 the sadness that you all saw in my eyes wasn't coming from people. It was coming from the Lord. I have been baptized into the Holy Spirit since 1991 and this is a relationship I have with the Lord inside me. I was living in the lust of life, partying like a heathen while being born again. I was in sin. God killed the lust of life in me to get out of sin and to heaven.
The COVID-19 struck, and God began to kill what was making me party to death so that I would stay away from people and live. God made me love Him more than life and gave this life to me and killed all my enemies ... today I am dead enough to live. Are you dead enough in God to live? Or is God killing you?
This is how God is defeating you. You want to take my life, but you can't because I belong to God, and in turn, God is killing me inside so that I live and you die ... this means that I got the right to live because I'm dead and it is the Holy Spirit who lives in me, and you don't got the right to live because you're trying to kill God's Son again (Gal 2:20; 6:14) ... and I'm going to be alive alone while you are all dead ... that's God's judgement on your world for trying to kill me with your authorities like I belong to you, and like that you can do what you want with me ...
This means that God gives you what He kills in you, and God trusts you with and will give you what you love Him more than. If it's life or money as it is with me, God will kill everyone and give it all to you ... this judgement is coming ... this is why I'm not a martyr. It's because you want to kill me, so God is making me live and you die instead.
In my personal relationship with God, I can't die right now regardless of sickness or threats on my life because I have to prove to Jesus what He means to me. I'm up for bat to preach and do whatever God wants. I have to show Jesus how much I want Him and how much I love Him ... so as it is right now, I live you die ...
Jerry Seinfeld made a comedy episode about how people are possessive and abuse those that they love. But he used a car instead of marriages to explain it, lol ... a mechanic fell in love with Jerry's car and stole it because he believed that Jerry didn't properly care for it. He told Jerry that the car belonged to Jerry, but it was running on his; the mechanic's, blood, sweat and tears.
After the car was stolen, Jerry called the Police on his friend's advice, and the cop was asking him questions about abuse on the car. Jerry retorted that it was his car and that he can do whatever he wants with it, ending it by saying, "Not that I would think of doing such things". Point made. That's how people are with their families and why other people take their wives from them. When you love someone, they abuse you. When you leave them, they cry like babies or retards. It was a good one. Of course, I never problems like that in California.
