This is Message 8 in a Series of Messages That God Gave to me Beginning in July 2025

Proverbs 11:30

Living Bible

30 Godly men are growing a tree that bears life-giving fruit, and all who win souls are wise.

Matthew 13:1-23

Living Bible

Later that same day, Jesus left the house and went down to the shore,

2-3 where an immense crowd soon gathered. He got into a boat and taught from it while the people listened on the beach. He used many illustrations such as this one in his sermon:

A farmer was sowing grain in his fields.

As he scattered the seed across the ground, some fell beside a path, and the birds came and ate it.

And some fell on rocky soil where there was little depth of earth; the plants sprang up quickly enough in the shallow soil,

6 but the hot sun soon scorched them and they withered and died, for they had so little root.

Other seeds fell among thorns, and the thorns choked out the tender blades.

But some fell on good soil and produced a crop that was thirty, sixty, and even a hundred times as much as he had planted.

If you have ears, listen!”

10 His disciples came and asked him, “Why do you always use these hard-to-understand illustrations?”

11 Then he explained to them that only they were permitted to understand about the Kingdom of Heaven, and others were not.

12-13 For to him who has will more be given,” he told them, “and he will have great plenty; but from him who has not, even the little he has will be taken away. That is why I use these illustrations, so people will hear and see but not understand.

14 This fulfills the prophecy of Isaiah:

They hear, but dont understand; they look, but dont see!

15 For their hearts are fat and heavy, and their ears are dull, and they have closed their eyes in sleep, 16 so they wont see and hear and understand and turn to God again, and let me heal them.’

But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.

17 Many a prophet and godly man has longed to see what you have seen and hear what you have heard, but couldnt.

18 Now here is the explanation of the story I told about the farmer planting grain:

19 The hard path where some of the seeds fell represents the heart of a person who hears the Good News about the Kingdom and doesnt understand it; then Satan comes and snatches away the seeds from his heart.

20 The shallow, rocky soil represents the heart of a man who hears the message and receives it with real joy,

21 but he doesnt have much depth in his life, and the seeds dont root very deeply, and after a while when trouble comes, or persecution begins because of his beliefs, his enthusiasm fades, and he drops out. 22 The ground covered with thistles represents a man who hears the message, but the cares of this life and his longing for money choke out Gods Word, and he does less and less for God.

23 The good ground represents the heart of a man who listens to the message and understands it and goes out and brings thirty, sixty, or even a hundred others into the Kingdom.”

Luke 13:6-9

Living Bible

{Paraphrased}

Then {Jesus} used this illustration: “A man planted a fig tree in his garden and came again and again to see if he could find any fruit on it, but he was always disappointed.

Finally he told his gardener to cut it down. ‘Ive waited three years and there hasn’t been a single fig!’ he said. ‘Why bother with it any longer? Its taking up space we can use for something else.’

“‘Give it one more chance,’ the gardener answered. ‘Leave it another year, and Ill give it special attention and plenty of fertilizer.

If we get figs next year, fine; if not, Ill cut it down.’”

John 15:1-8

Living Bible

I am the true Vine, and my Father is the Gardener.

He lops off every branch that doesnt produce. And he prunes those branches that bear fruit for even larger crops.

3 He has already tended you by pruning you back for greater strength and usefulness by means of the commands I gave you.

Take care to live in me, and let me live in you. For a branch cant produce fruit when severed from the vine. Nor can you be fruitful apart from me.

Yes, I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in me and I in him shall produce a large crop of fruit {human souls}. For apart from me you cant do a thing.

6 If anyone separates from me, he is thrown away like a useless branch, withers, and is gathered into a pile with all the others and burned.

But if you stay in me and obey my commands, you may ask any request you like, and it will be granted!

My true disciples produce bountiful harvests of {human souls}. This brings great glory to my Father.

John 12:24-25

Living Bible

23-24 Jesus replied that the time had come for him to return to his glory in heaven, and that “I must fall and die like a kernel of wheat that falls into the furrows of the earth. Unless I die I will be alonea single seed. But my death will produce many new wheat kernelsa plentiful harvest of new lives.

25 If you love your life down hereyou will lose it. If you despise your life down hereyou will exchange it for eternal glory.

Personal Testimony About How to Bear Fruit

Tonight at 9 PM as I was getting ready to close for the night and get some sleep, the Arc of Light Gabriel suddenly spoke to me and said,

"You need to witness. Call {him - name hidden for privacy} and witness. Invite him to your house. Do it now".

So, I sent him a text. He hasn't responded yet. I will invite him over to eat and for a talk. There I will talk to him about Jesus. This isn't an easy thing to do. That's why I changed it to a message about bearing fruit, or growing, instead of about witnessing. We bear fruit by preaching, or witnessing to people, about Jesus.

I don't like this guy because he has mental problems and lives off of normal men who take care of themselves. He wants another man to take care of him. For years I have been wanting to fight him because he used to act like this with me. I don't take care of guys. Just women, family and friends. He's none of that. God got the Arc Gabriel to get me to witness and bear fruit with someone that I don't like.

To bear fruit; to grow, means that you die as you grow to be like Jesus. Your Christian roots sprout out through the death of your flesh. So, witnessing to him instead is bearing fruit for God. I'm bringing a soul to Jesus for salvation. All the scriptures above are about bearing fruit.

To bear fruit means to

  1. win souls

  2. by preaching or witnessing instead of fighting.

I got to get these two points into your mind ... to bear fruit for God means to bring a harvest of won or converted souls to God. You bear fruit by witnessing to them. That's all I want to say. Get that in your mind ...

Talking to him about Jesus will have its fruit. The Bible says in Pr. 16:7 that when a man pleases the Lord, that God will make his enemies to be at peace with him when the man listens to Him.

I got one enemy to God by witnessing to him years ago. Now it's time for this this one. If they don't repent, I at least have washed my hands of their blood by pleasing the Lord, and it's me God cares about. Plus, my life will be stress-free by winning and converting an enemy.

Proverbs 16:7

Living Bible

When a man is trying to please God, God makes even his worst enemies to be at peace with him.

Rules of the Christian Life

Don't Be a Hypocrite and Overcome Evil with Good

Let love be without hypocrisy. Hate what is evil. Cleave to what is good.

10 Be devoted to one another with brotherly love; prefer one another in honor,

11 do not be lazy in diligence, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord,

12 rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer,

13 contribute to the needs of the saints, practice hospitality.

14 Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse.

15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.

16 Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Do not pretend to be wiser than you are.

17 Repay no one evil for evil. Commend what is honest in the sight of all men.

18 If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men.

19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to God’s wrath, for it is written: “Vengeance is Mine. I will repay,” says the Lord.

20 Therefore

“If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so you will heap coals of fire on his head.”

21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Ezekiel 33:7-9

Modern English Version

Now as for you, son of man: I have set you a watchman to the house of Israel. Therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them from Me.

When I say to the wicked, “O wicked man, you shall surely die,” and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity. But his blood I will require from your hand. Nevertheless, if you on your part warn the wicked to turn from his way and he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity. But you have delivered your soul.

Witness to Your Enemies Instead of Fight Them

"Jesus'll Take Care of the Rest" (Keith Green - 1987)

He’ll Take Care of the Rest Lyrics

[Verse 1]

You know, it ain't no use banging your head

Up against that cold stone wall

'Cause noboby's perfect except for the Lord

And even the best's bound to fall

Remember

He is the vine and you are the branch

He loves to get you through it if you give Him a chance

Just keep doing your best and pray that it's blessed

Jesus takes care of the rest

[Chorus]

Yes, the Lord said He'll take care of the rest

He's gonna do it

He'll take care of the rest

He'll see you through it, yeah

Well, He'll take care of the rest

The devil blew it

Well, He'll take care of, He'll take care of the rest

[Verse 2]

Just think about Moses in front of the burning bush

Barefoot on the holy ground

You know he must've been thinking

"Hey, what's an old dude like me gonna tell 'em of when I go down?" (Go down Moses)

But the Lord said, "Hey Mo, don't you worry about goin' down south

I'll be sayin' every word that comes out of your mouth

You just keep doing your best and pray that it's blessed

Hey Mo, I'll take care of the rest"

World without end. Amen.
