To Fellowship with the Holy Spirit is to Relate to God
This passage is talking about fellowship with God. When you relate to God by seeking first His kingdom and righteousness, God will give you all this for free. You can't buy the gifts of God with money. You don't need money to get these things from God. He provides them to you free of charge as you relate to Him, even during the time of the mark of the Beast in Rev. 13. You don't need money to have a life with God. God gave Adam & Eve everything for free (Gen. 1, 2). He will give you all you need too as He does to me because that is the original order of creation (Phil. 4:19).

You Can't Buy the Gifts of God with Money

This message is about the mark of the Beast in Rev. 13:16, 17. Are you afraid that you're going to be starved to death by the devil when the mark of the Beast comes? Did God say that He will give us all things freely except when the mark of the Beast is in power? God provided food with a raven for prophet Elijah in 1 Kgs 17:1-6? Christians don't need money to get the things that money buys today. The devil is lying to people when he says that you cannot have what money buys in Rev. 13:16, 17. You may not be able to buy or sell when the mark comes, but you don't need the mark to have food, clothes and homes because these are gifts from God as you relate to Him. Rev. 12:17; 13:7 say that the devil will kill Christians at that time. But this does not mean that he will take your food and gifts of God from you.
I said in another message last year that I don't need money because I have the Holy Spirit in me. What I said this means, is that God gives me what I need before I ask Him. Since I got baptized into the Holy Spirit in 1991, God has been dropping what I wish for before I ask Him for it, at my feet.
For example, in prison in 1999 (I had backslid during those years whenever I had emotional pain. I had not yet learned to want God more than my life) I needed a pair of house shoes. These are standard issue for new recipients to prison. This is a R & R Yard. Receiving & Reception. Classification status. They classify you according to a lot of info about you other than your commitment offense. Mine was a DUI w/ priors, so I got level 1 yard to do my time at. A 16-month sentence and in California, you do third time which is 10 months out of 16. They got 4 levels. Level 4 is for lifers.
The state gives you a pair of house shoes as standard issue because you don't get tennis shoes and work boots until after you're classified. Without the house shoes, you're walking around in socks. My gang gave me a pair that was old and three sizes too big. They gave me what they could. That's how we do it in prison. So, I was wishing for a pair that fit.
About wishing, wishing is a form of prayer. I say this from personal experience with the Holy Spirit and from scripture. From scripture I give 3 Jn. 2.
3 John 2

2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
The Apostle John here said that he wishes, not prays, that we may prosper and be in health. It would have sounded good if he would have said that he "prayed" above all things instead of wished. But the word wish is there because wishing is a form of prayer.
The Holy Spirit from within, after I got baptized into the Holy Spirit, hears my thoughts. He hears me wishing for things, and one night after dinner in our cells, a pair of brand-new house shoes dropped in front of my cell as I was standing there.
After every meal in that prison, the Trustees sweep the dust and dust bunnies off of the three tiers onto the bottom floor, then go downstairs and sweep it all into a pile in the middle of the unit then start picking it up and putting it into the trash can. Then they mop. It takes about an hour to do this.
They have to sweep the house at least three times a day because it gets very dusty fast. Especially with the wool blankets the state gives when you enter reception. Every morning, there is lint balls under the beds. The cops don't sweep like that. It's their job to do these things but instead they sit in the office and hire Trustees to work with. The Trustees become our Reps with the cops in prison. A Rep for each race because prison is about race.
A Trustee swept the shoes out of a cell upstairs and onto the floor in front of my cell. I asked the Trustee on my floor to kick the shoes into my room and they were brand new, but a little dusty. God answered an unspoken prayer when this happened. He wanted me to have a pair of brand-new shoes that fit. Not the old, oversized shoes my friends gave me. God loves me. God loves you. What matters to you, matters to God.
Another time last year I was short fifty cents for laundry. I do well financially. But since I got married last year, my money goes fast. I was short fifty cents. I had no cash or coins, but I had money on cards. So, I went to the store and there at my feet was a 1-dollar bill folded twice. There was no one around and I knew it was from Jesus for me. So, I took it and cashed it, and I had an extra 50 cents instead of being 50 cents short for laundry. People might not accept that Jesus died to give us such small things, but they matter to God and God will supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
I don't need money because of these things that have happened and also continue to abound. God has caused me through offerings like this to trust in Him and not in money. To want the Holy Spirit and not money. That's why I say that I don't need money because I have the holy Spirit inside me, and He gives me whatever I wish for before I petition Him. I am full and needing nothing. There are a lot of testimonies that I have where Jesus provided for me everyday like this for years.
Philippians 4:11-19

And so, when the mark of the Beast gets here, well, God has prepared me not to fear the enemy when he takes money from us with law because I don't need money. I have God inside me. When the mark of the Beast comes, and the image of the Beast speaks and tells us that we can no longer buy or sell without it, I will say "Yea right". The earth is the Lord's and the fulness thereof.

In v. 17, you can discern that this chapter is a prophecy against the two Beasts, their mark and that New World Order people because it says that they cast God's word and instruction behind them. Those who do this will be ripped apart by Jesus as verse 22 says. Can you see that this is Jesus talking? Verse 23 says that whoever praises Him glorifies God and that He will show God's salvation to those who live right? Praise and obedience to the Bible is what Jesus is talking about here. Praise and obedience are what it means to seek first God's kingdom and righteousness in Mt. 6:33. Jesus told Satan to get behind Him (Mk. 8:33/ Lk. 4:8). Thus, putting Jesus the word of God (Rev. 19:13) behind you, is referring to Satan.
More proof that this is Jesus talking in Ps. 50, is v. 22. Here, the verse says that He will tear you in pieces that forget God. This is what Jesus does on Judgement Day (Mt. 24:50, 51/ Lk. 19:27/ Dt. 32:22-25). This is Christ the word prophesying in this chapter (Rev. 19:13). Also, v. 23-B, only Jesus shows people the way to God (Jn. 14:6).
Will the Lord order Himself according to the devil's law in the New World Order when they tell you that you need the mark to have money? Will the Lord stop giving me what I wish for in that new world where the devil is king? Jesus spoke Mt. 6 telling us that we don't need money and that we need to know God to get what we need. Not get the mark. In this passage Jesus says that we don't need money to have a living. We need to come back to God and relate to God.
By the way, God told me that the mark of the Beast is a mind control device made by the archangels that rule this world system. The evil angels (Eph. 6:10-17). Thus, that the reason that people will be worshipping Satan and saying who is able to make war with him (Rev. 13:4), that the mark will control them into doing this. In this passage above, Ps. 50, in vv. 8-13, the Holy Spirit is saying that God has provided animals for people to eat after they sacrifice them to Him. The context of this passage is food, because verse 13 talks about God eating after He talks about animal sacrifice. But He says that He doesn't need human food; animals, to eat. V. 14 says that God eats our "thanksgiving" and our "vows" to Him.
What God is implying here is what Jesus said in Mt. 6:33. If you need something to eat, feed God first with your thanksgiving and vows and God will in turn feed you because everything belongs to Him, including you. Jesus said it this way in Mt. 6:32, 33:

Do you think that God is going to stop providing for me because the devil is in control of the world system for a short time? Do you think that God is going to give His kingdom to Satan when he rises to power? The devil is lying that you can't get food without the mark. You don't need money to get things from Jesus. You need fellowship with God. Fellowship with God is what the devil will make people forget about with the mark.
Don't forget God when the mark of the Beast comes (Ps. 50:22) because God provides food through fellowship with the Holy Spirit (Mt. 6). Through thanksgiving (Ps. 50:14-A) or praise (Ps. 50:23-A) and paying vows to God (Ps. 50:14-B) or obedience to His word; ordering his lifestyle aright (Ps. 50:23-B). Whatever Jesus tells you to do (Jn. 2:5).
