Warning Against Rejecting God’s Grace

Hebrews 12:14-17
Christian Standard Bible

{Paraphrased}

14 Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness—without it no one will see the Lord.
15 Make sure that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no root of bitterness springs up, causing trouble and defiling many.
16 And make sure that there isn’t any {sexually} immoral or irreverent person like Esau,
who sold his birthright in exchange for a single meal.
17 For you know that later,
when he wanted to inherit the blessing,
he was rejected,
even though he sought it with tears,
because he didn’t find any opportunity for repentance.

God Is Looking for Character

If you want to look at how God sees your service to Him, look at the two following passages. Read them honestly and keep in mind that Paul is saying to find people who are like this before they are leaders in church (Titus 1:5). Think about that ... you have to be like that at home and in your free time ... I fall short. But this is why we all need to repent and become like this, the image of Jesus (Rom. 8:29/ 2 Cor. 3:18/ Col. 3:9, 10), even if we're not church leaders. Be honest and tell yourself what your problems are with God from reading these two following chapters from the New Testament, and repent ...

I'll tell you one area where I fall short to help you do the same with yourself: enjoying guests in my home (1 Tim. 3:2). I'll do it for the Lord but I'm the private type of personality type and I'm not like that unless it's family and friends. Not strangers ... I'll help strangers, ladies first, if the people are really hurting and not trying to live off me. But God's word says to enjoy having guests in your home ...

This is the purpose of this message from Jesus to you ... God wants us to look at how we live for Him. How we serve Him. Where do you fall short in those descriptions below of God's people? Repent and go back to the first works.

Jesus put me in check with this message today. He says that He also put everybody else in check also who reads this rebuke from God ... amen. Even so, Lord Jesus ...

Revelation 2:4-5
Authorized (King James) Version

{Paraphrased}

4 {And Jesus says}
Nevertheless, I have {somethingagainst {you},
because {you have} left {your} first love {for Me}.
5 Remember therefore from {where you are} fallen {away from Me},
and repent, and do the first works
{like when you first got saved};
or else I will come {to you} quickly {in the resurrection},
and will remove {your} candlestick out of his place {in the New Jerusalem},
{unless you} repent {today}.

1 Timothy 3
Living Bible

1 It is a true saying that if a man wants to be a pastor, {church leader, or presiding elder}
he has a good ambition.
2 For a pastor must be a good man whose life cannot be spoken against.
He must have only one wife,
and he must be hard working and thoughtful,
orderly,
and full of good deeds.
He must enjoy having guests in his home and must be a good Bible teacher.
3 He must not be a drinker or quarrelsome,
but he must be gentle and kind and not be one who loves money.
4 He must have a well-behaved family,
with children who obey quickly and quietly.
5 For if a man can’t make his own little family behave,
how can he help the whole church?
6 The pastor must not be a new Christian because he might be proud of being chosen so soon,
and pride comes before a fall. (Satan’s downfall is an example.)
7 Also, he must be well spoken of by people outside the church
—those who aren’t Christians—
so that Satan can’t trap him with many accusations and leave him without freedom to lead his flock.
8 The deacons must be the same sort of good, steady men as the pastors.
They must not be heavy drinkers and must not be greedy for money.
9 They must be earnest, wholehearted followers of Christ,
who is the hidden Source of their faith.
10 Before they are asked to be deacons,
they should be given other jobs in the church as a test of their character and ability,
and if they do well,
then they may be chosen as deacons.
11 Their wives must be thoughtful,
not heavy drinkers, not gossipers,
but faithful in everything they do.
12 Deacons should have only one wife,
and they should have happy, obedient families.
13 Those who do well as deacons will be well rewarded both by respect from others
and also by developing their own confidence and bold trust in the Lord.
14 I am writing these things to you now,
even though I hope to be with you soon,
15 so that if I don’t come for a while,
you will know what kind of men you should choose as officers for the church of the living God,
which contains and holds high the truth of God.
16 It is quite true that the way to live a godly life is not an easy matter.
But the answer lies in Christ,
who came to earth as a man,
was proved spotless and pure in his Spirit,
was served by angels,
was preached among the nations,
was accepted by men everywhere,
and was received up again to his glory in heaven.

Titus 1
Christian Standard Bible

{Paraphrased}

Greeting

1 Paul,
a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ,
{according to} the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth
that {corresponds} to godliness,
2 in the hope of eternal life that God,
who cannot lie,
promised before time began.
3 In his own time he has revealed his word
in the preaching with which I was entrusted by the command of God our Savior:
4 To Titus,
my true son in our common faith.
Grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior.

Titus’s Ministry in Crete

5 The reason I left you in Crete was to set right what was left undone and,
as I directed you,
to appoint elders in every town.
6 An elder must be blameless,
the husband of one wife,
with {children who believe in Jesus and} who are not accused of wildness or rebellion.
As an overseer of God’s household,
he must be blameless,
not arrogant,
not hot-tempered,
not an excessive drinker,
not a bully,
not greedy for money,
8 but {who enjoys having guests in his home, or hospitable}
loving what is good,
sensible,
righteous,
holy,
self-controlled,
9 holding to the faithful {gospel of Jesus} as taught,
so that he will be able both to encourage with sound teaching
and to refute those who contradict it.
10 For there are many rebellious people,
full of empty talk and deception,
especially those from the circumcision party.
11 It is necessary to silence them;
they are ruining entire households
by teaching what they shouldn’t in order to get money dishonestly.
12 One of their very own prophets said,
“Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons.”
13 This testimony is true.
For this reason,
rebuke them sharply,
so that they may be sound in the faith
14 and may not pay attention to Jewish myths and the commands of people who reject the truth.
15 To the pure,
everything is pure,
but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure;
in fact,
both their mind and conscience are defiled.
16 They claim to know God,
but they deny him by their works.
They are detestable,
disobedient,
and unfit for any good work.

The Entrance of God's Word Gives Light

Psalm 119:130
Authorized (King James) Version

{Paraphrased}

130 The entrance of {Your} words {gives} Light;
it {gives} understanding {to} the simple.

Without God we couldn't repent (Jn. 15:5). However, because God shines His Light into our souls, we can see where we need to repent ... what next? This word has given me repentance. I feel like I want to repent! I have a born-again need to please God ... so I'm going to start repenting and know this in closing, that being in church makes you like those leaders in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 that God wants to run His churches (Heb. 10:24, 25) ... we've got to get ready for Jesus' return by repenting today and living holy and godly lives like this until He returns, as instructed in 1 Timothy 3 & Titus 1.

Repent & Get Ready to Please Jesus with Your Obedience

When He Returns

Hebrews 10:24-25
Living Bible

{Paraphrased}

24 In response to all {Jesus} has done for us,
let us outdo each other in being helpful and kind to each other and in doing good.
25 Let us not neglect our church meetings,
as some people do,
but encourage and warn each other,
especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near.

2 Peter 3:10-14
Living Bible

{Paraphrased}

10 The day of the Lord is surely coming,
as unexpectedly as a thief,
and then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise,
and the heavenly bodies will disappear in fire,
and the earth and everything on it will be burned up.
11 And so since everything around us is going to melt away,
what holy, godly lives we should be living!
12 You should look forward to that day and hurry it along
—the day when {God's Son, Jesus, will return and} will set the heavens on fire,
and the heavenly bodies will melt and disappear in flames.
13 But we are looking forward to God’s promise of new heavens and a new earth afterwards,
where there will be only goodness.
14 Dear friends,
while you are waiting for these things to happen and for him to come,
try hard to live without sinning;
and be at peace with everyone so that he will be pleased with you when he returns.

Many Will Not Make the Rapture

Because Though They Operate in the Spirit

They Don't Repent and Listen to God in Their Private Lives

Matthew 7:21-27
New International Version

{Paraphrased}

True and False Disciples

21 “Not everyone who {calls} me, ‘Lord', will {be saved - Rom. 10:9, 10},
but only the one who does the {word} of my Father who is in heaven
22 Many will {call} me {Lord} on that day {and say}
Lord, Lord,
did we not prophesy in your name
and in your name drive out demons
and in your name perform many miracles?’
23 Then I will tell them plainly,
I never knew you.
Away from me, you evildoers!’

The Wise and Foolish Builders

24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice
is like a wise man who built his house on the rock
25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house;
yet it did not fall,
because it had its foundation on the rock
26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice
is like a foolish man who built his house on sand
27 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house,
and it fell with a great crash.”

I'm going to close with these two messages in the Buttons below from God to me years ago about missing the rapture. A lot of people believe in God and are saved and anointed today, but they will not make the rapture to heaven.

A lot of people preaching today and doing a lot of things for God aren't going to make the rapture because they are not living the word. For example, God gives a message to everyone like He did to me with this message, and most people read it but won't repent and they're born-again and baptized into the Holy Spirit. Jesus talked about the wicked servant in Mt. 25:24-30 and chopped Him up on judgement day for not listening to Him about working for Him in this life.

I want you to notice something about that wicked servant, that, he lived his life anointed with that talent until judgement day. Then it was taken from him, and he was sentenced to hell. This is what God is talking about in Mt. 7:21-27. That, most people will die with the Holy Spirit but will not enter eternal life because God will take the talent, or the anointing and presence of God, from them on judgement day for disobedience in this life. It's a lot of work for God on yourself to do this ... most people won't do it and will not make the rapture.

You'll die in the Lord, but you won't rise from the dead in the rapture and first resurrection (Rev. 20:4-6). You will rise in the second death to be stripped of your anointing and spiritual gifts and will be beat, chopped up and formally sentenced to the lake of fire (Rev. 20:11-15). You got the Holy Spirit right now, but are you listening to God about repenting today? To listen to God as Jesus says to in Mt. 7:24, 25, means to listen and repent when God gives messages like this ...

Just take this message to heart today and repent with me. See that if we don't do this, we are that wicked servant in Mt. 25:24-30 who was too lazy to work on Himself and listen to God and repent. He will be beat and chopped up by God's Son, Jesus on judgement day ... Jesus told me what He's going to do to those Christians ... He said He's going to chop you in half and rip your guts out ...

Psalm 50:16-23
Authorized (King James) Version

16 But {to} the wicked God {says},
What {have you} to do {with declaring} my statutes,
or that {you should} take my covenant in {your} mouth?
17 Seeing {that you hate} instruction,
and {cast} my words behind {you}.
18 When {you saw the} thief,
then {you contended} with him,
and {have} been partaker with adulterers.
19 {You give your} mouth to evil,
and {your} tongue {frames} deceit.
20 {You sit and speak} against {your} brother;
{you slander your} own mothers son.
21 These things {have you} done, and I kept silence;
{you thought that you were equal to Me,
and that you were doing God a service}:
but I will {correct you},
and set them in order before {your} eyes.
22 Now consider this, {you} that forget God,
lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23 {Whoever offers} praise {to God glorifies} me:
and to him that {lives holy and godly before Me} will I {show} the salvation of God.

A Personal Example for You to Understand

God wants to use me to make you understand what it means to repent ... OK, I got this message today from God with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 about how God wants His church to live until He returns. God used me to get this message out to you today. I'm anointed to give messages from God like this. But if I don't take 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 seriously, I'm going to be one of the Christians that Jesus chops in half and rips his guts out for not listening to the word of God ...

I'm anointed today and the Holy Spirit won't leave me. But after I die, if I don't give my utmost for God's highest praise today, I'm not going to rise from the dead with the Christians, because I'm not working on these problems today that are making me useless to God, which 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 are exposing with God's Light ...

John 3:16-21
Living Bible

{Paraphrased}

16 {And Jesus said}
For God loved the world so much
that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish
but have eternal life
17 God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it,
but to save it.
18 “There is no eternal doom awaiting those who trust him to save them.
But those who dont trust him have already been tried and condemned
for not believing in the only Son of God
19 Their sentence is based on this fact:
that the Light from heaven came into the world,
but they loved the darkness more than the Light,
for their deeds were evil
20 They hated the heavenly Light because they wanted to sin in the darkness.
They stayed away from that Light for fear their sins would be exposed
and they would be punished
21 But those {living by faith in Jesus} come gladly to the Light
to let everyone see that they are doing what God wants them to.”

To Obey is Better Than Sacrifice

1 Samuel 15
Living Bible

One day Samuel said to Saul,
“I crowned you king of Israel because God told me to.
Now be sure that you obey him.
2 Here is his commandment to you:
I have decided to settle accounts with the nation of Amalek
for refusing to allow my people to cross their territory when Israel came from Egypt
3 Now go and completely destroy the entire Amalek nation
men, women, babies, little children, oxen, sheep, camels, and donkeys.’”
4 So Saul mobilized his army at Telaim.
There were two hundred thousand troops in addition to ten thousand men from Judah.
5 The Amalekites were camped in the valley below them.
6 Saul sent a message to the Kenites,
telling them to get out from among the Amalekites or else die with them.
“For you were kind to the people of Israel when they came out of the land of Egypt,”
he explained.
So the Kenites packed up and left.
7 Then Saul butchered the Amalekites from Havilah all the way to Shur, east of Egypt.
8 He captured Agag, the king of the Amalekites, but killed everyone else.
9 However, Saul and his men kept the best of the sheep and oxen and the fattest of the lambs—everything, in fact, that appealed to them.
They destroyed only what was worthless or of poor quality.
10 Then the Lord said to Samuel,
11 “I am sorry that I ever made Saul king, for he has again refused to obey me.”
Samuel was so deeply moved when he heard what God was saying,
that he cried to the Lord all night.
2 Early the next morning he went out to find Saul.
Someone said that he had gone to Mount Carmel
to erect a monument to himself and had then gone on to Gilgal.
13 When Samuel finally found him, Saul greeted him cheerfully.
“Hello there,”
he said.
“Well, I have carried out the Lord’s command!”
14 “Then what was all the bleating of sheep and lowing of oxen I heard?”
Samuel demanded.
15 “It’s true that the army spared the best of the sheep and oxen,”
Saul admitted,
“but they are going to sacrifice them to the Lord your God;
and we have destroyed everything else.”
16 Then Samuel said to Saul,
“Stop! Listen to what the Lord told me last night!”
“What was it?” Saul asked.
17 And Samuel told him,
“When you didn’t think much of yourself, God made you king of Israel.
18 And he sent you on an errand and told you,
Go and completely destroy the sinners, the Amalekites, until they are all dead.’
19 Then why didn’t you obey the Lord?
Why did you rush for the loot and do exactly what God said not to?”
20 “But I have obeyed the Lord,”
Saul insisted.
“I did what he told me to; and I brought King Agag but killed everyone else.
21 And it was only when my troops demanded it
that I let them keep the best of the sheep and oxen and loot to sacrifice to the Lord.”
22 Samuel replied,
“Has the Lord as much pleasure in your burnt offerings and sacrifices as in your obedience?
Obedience is far better than sacrifice.
He is much more interested in your listening to him than in your offering the fat of rams to him.
23 For rebellion is as bad as the sin of witchcraft,
and stubbornness is as bad as worshiping idols.
And now because you have rejected the word of Jehovah,
he has rejected you from being king.”
24 “I have sinned,”
Saul finally admitted.
“Yes, I have disobeyed your instructions and the command of the Lord,
for I was afraid of the people and did what they demanded.
25 Oh, please pardon my sin now and go with me to worship the Lord.”
26 But Samuel replied,
“It’s no use! Since you have rejected the commandment of the Lord,
he has rejected you from being the king of Israel.”
27 As Samuel turned to go, Saul grabbed at him to try to hold him back and tore his robe.
28 And Samuel said to him,
“See? The Lord has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today
and has given it to a countryman of yours who is better than you are.
29 And he who is the glory of Israel is not lying,
nor will he change his mind,

30 Then Saul pleaded again,

“I have sinned; but oh,

at least honor me before the leaders and before my people

by going with me to worship the Lord your God.”

31 So Samuel finally agreed and went with him.

32 Then Samuel said,

“Bring King Agag to me.”

Agag arrived all full of smiles, for he thought,

“Surely the worst is over and I have been spared!”

33 But Samuel said,

“As your sword has killed the sons of many mothers,

now your mother shall be childless.”

And Samuel chopped him in pieces before the Lord at Gilgal.

34 Then Samuel went home to Ramah,

and Saul returned to Gibeah.

35 Samuel never saw Saul again,

but he mourned constantly for him;

and the Lord was sorry that he had ever made Saul king of Israel.

"Be Fruitful and Multiply"

The unfruitful Christians in Mt. 7:21-27 are Like King Saul in the Passage Above, 1 Sam. 15. They all lose the Holy Spirit because they're unfruitful. There's no growth in using your gifts. It's your fruit that gets you into Heaven. God said, "Be fruitful and multiply" (Gen. 1:28). Your Spiritual gifts have nothing to do with growth and becoming fruitful enough to enter heaven. The words of Jesus are what feed & nourish you to make you fruitful. It takes character to obey God. Your character, or fruit, is what's going to get you into heaven, not your gifts.

John 15:1-8
New International Version

{Paraphrased}

The Vine and the Branches

1 {And Jesus said}
I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.
2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit,
while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes {& cleans it} so that it will be even more fruitful.
3 You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.
4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you.
No branch can bear fruit by itself;
it must remain in the vine.
Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
5 “I am the vine; you are the branches.
If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit;
apart from me you can do nothing.
6 If you do not remain in me,
you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers;
such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.
7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you,
ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
8 This is to my Fathers glory,
that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

A Personal Testimony

God Wouldn't Let Me Work in Church

Until I Was Listening to Him When I Was Not in Church

In Los Angeles, I used to go to church with Victory Outreach and the Assemblies of God. I was saved by Jesus from the gang and prison life. A product of prison ministry. I was from a Chicano gang in Los Angeles before I got saved. Victory Outreach is predominantly Mexican/ American gangmembers. It's full of my friends from Los Angeles. The Assemblies of God is predominantly white, and the people were anointed and into the Holy Spirit like I was.

In North Dakota, I go to church with the Native Americans too because I'm half Native American from Ft. Berthold. My peeps are Chicano gangmembers, Natives from the Dakotas and white Christians. I get along with all the tribes, and with any race for that matter.

After I got baptized into the Holy Spirit in 1991 (this happened in an LA county jail, I was in for a DUI), I saw in the word in jail that our mission in serving Jesus is to get people baptized into the Holy Spirit; saved, through the laying on of hands.

After I received my spiritual gifts in 1991, that is what I was doing because God's power went out from my hands to people. Healing and anointing. So, I was hanging out with my kind in Victory Outreach, which is saved Chicano gangmembers, and I was hanging around with people from the Assemblies of God because they were into the anointing and healing like I was.

I remember a lot that whenever I tried to get into church work, that I would get put in check by the church leaders for disobedience in my personal life after church. I believed that because I had been baptized into the Holy Spirit with all of the spiritual gifts, that I should be the top guy in church. I saw other people anointed like this in church too. So, I knew that I wasn't the only one anointed like this. But it wasn't the church that stopped me from working in church, it was the Holy Spirit because I wasn't living obedient to God after church.

God's not going to let you use your gifts in church when you're in sin at home. One pastor and his assistant pastor, were Chicano and x gang members from East LA. As I started getting involved in working with their church, they pulled me aside and started telling me what my sins were that I was doing after church. The assistant pastor was praying in tongues and then telling the pastor what my sins were, and he would witness to me, true witnessing hurts like a fight.

Yes, it was womanizing and fighting. They let me work with their church on weekend outreaches to the community after this, because they ruled that working with their church would keep me accountable to God and the church leaders, and would keep me from opportunities to womanize and fight after church in the world.

We used to go from 1 to 5 PM door to door on Saturdays and Sundays asking if the people wanted anything from God or the church, like prayer or food. It was spiritual warfare over the community. We got some new members in the church doing this.

One time, we walked up to a house and on the porch mat, I saw a big black dog with red eyes, as soon as I did, a female church member screamed in fear and stopped the church from going any further toward the house because she was sensing something evil at the doorway ... as soon as she did that, the spirit dog lifted its head and was looking at me, then disappeared. As soon as it disappeared, she sighed relief because she said it left. She didn't see it, she felt it. Sensed it. But I saw it. So, we prayed an exorcism over the house.

The people inside didn't answer our door knocks. I knew they were home watching through the windows. The rest of the church didn't know this. I knew because the Holy Spirit was telling me that they were inside afraid to open the door because of the spiritual warfare. The next week they did, and they wanted food and prayer for her son. She asked for a week worth of food for her son and herself because she was recently divorced. The assistant pastor drove a truckload of food to her house every week for a while.

Another time I witnessed to a psychic palm reader in that town, and after I left, a big wind hit my car, and I saw in the Spirit things that looked like trees and branches ... dead, leafless branches like you see in winter ... it looked like it was crowns of dead branches that were huge on their heads ... these were the demons inside that psychic ... it was a real battle ... those demons were mad that I prayed for her salvation. Whoever I touched was healed and anointed and that's what happened to her ... I remember that the demons were trying to make me a psychic after I exorcised the spirits out of her ...

I remember that whenever I had encounters with demons, that they always attacked my personal life to make me sin in my private life outside of church, so that I wouldn't be working for God, and the Lord was always making sure that I was obedient in my private life before working in church.

Just because you're anointed doesn't mean that you can become a church leader. Most people get it wrong and base their ministries on their spiritual gifts, but their private lives are full of sin and unrepentance. God was always hard on me about my private life with Him and about trying to work in church in that condition.

We read verses like Mt. 28:18-20 and Mk. 16:15-20 and we go out to witness and lay hands on people. We do this because we think that this is what it means to be a Christian. But to obey is better than sacrifice. This means that to offer the fat of rams on an altar of fire to the Lord is symbolic today of ceremonies in church services. It means that to listen to God is what it means to be a Christian, not using your gifts in church. God won't allow people to use their spiritual gifts in church services if their private life is lazy and disobedient. To obey is better than sacrifice.

So, it's not only about witnessing and getting people saved. It's about obeying God in your personal life outside of church and getting it up to par according to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. You can witness in church with the Holy Spirit when your private life with Him is approved. You have to have God's "stamp of approval" to be a church leader. Only when your personal life is like that will God allow you into church to be a minister and use your spiritual gifts. You can't use your spiritual gifts and live in sin.

I got a calling from Jesus in 2020 to witness online during the coronavirus outbreak when people were told to stay out of church and indoors to avert dying from it. That's what this website is about. But when God releases me from my prayer closet to get back into church services soon; when He sees fit for me to go back into public and go back to church (He's still keeping me indoors right now), He's telling me today along with you, that to work in church, we need to conform our lives to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

You're a powerhouse for God, but it's not about power in God's church. It's about obedience. God and the church are not going to let you use your spiritual gifts in church services if your life behind closed doors is wild and disobedient.

The Christian that bases their ministry on their spiritual gifts without having their personal lives in check by God's word, are the false prophets that Jesus is talking about in Mt. 7:21-27. Anointed but disobedient. You think it's about witnessing. You can witness on your own but to do it in church services, you have to conform to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. It's the Holy Spirit who's going to be hard on you and make you see that you're not ready to work in church. Go to church, but to preach, you need to be obedient in your personal life.

You can't have people speaking against your life and unbelievers disrespecting you. That's the problems that most people have in church. Problems with people. But according to 1 Timothy chapter 3 and verses 2 and 7, you can't be like that with the community. I'm still like that but God uses me writing here because I have to show Jesus on judgement day that I did something with His anointing given to me, according to Mt. 25:24-30 ... even if it's small, do something, anything ... I can witness here, but to work in church, I got to repent of some things that the Lord cast His spotlight on in 1 Tim. 3 and Ti. 1 ...

Let this witness inspire and correct you because these people that base their ministries on their gifts and not on personal obedience, are the ones who are not going to make the rapture ... is that you?

The last video is from a friend of mine from Victory Outreach, T-Bone, a Chicano rapper for Jesus. "Lyrical Assassination" from the 90's. Look at all the Chicano gangmembers in this video, I know almost all of them ... my gang, my family and my dad are also in the video ... but I'm not going to show you who they are, sorry ... that video is my people from Los Angeles ...

Progressive Sanctification

The Way to Get Up to Par with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1

1 Thessalonians 4:1-9
New International Version

{Paraphrased}

Living to Please God

1 As for other matters, brothers and sisters,
we instructed you how to live in order to please God,
as in fact you are living.
Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more.
2 For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.
3 It is God’s will that you should be sanctified:
that you should avoid sexual immorality;
4 that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable
{and learn how to acquire a wife and to live with her},
5 not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God;
6 and that in this matter no one should wrong or take advantage of a brother or sister
{from God's family}.
The Lord will punish all those who commit such sins, as we told you and warned you before.
7 For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.
8 Therefore, anyone who rejects this instruction does not reject a human being but God,
the very God who gives you his Holy Spirit.
9 Now about your love for one another we do not need to write to you,
for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other.

Fruit is Grown

(Gal. 5:22, 23)

Gifts Are Given

(1 Cor. 12:7-11)

Progressive sanctification means to get rid of your sin problems over your lifetime. Getting deliverance from a sin occurs over time. It takes time to love and stop sinning. Deliverance is not instant like getting baptized into the Holy Spirit and receiving the spiritual gifts is. Gifts are given but fruit is grown. It takes time to grow fruit and vegetables, right? The fruit of the Spirit is the character of God it takes to get up to par with 1 Tim. 3 and Ti. 1 ... the time it takes to grow God's fruit in your character is called "progressive sanctification". I'm saying that it's not going to be instant or quick to start living up to 1 Tim. 3 and Ti. 1. It's going to take time like it takes time to grow a tree.

Fruit is Grown Over Time

Not Instant Like the Spiritual Gifts Are

Galatians 5:13-26
New International Version

{Paraphrased}

Life by the Spirit

Love Takes Time to Grow Inside You

13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free {from sin}.
But do not use your freedom {from sin} to indulge the flesh {your human nature};
rather, serve one another humbly in love.
14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command:
“Love your neighbor as yourself.” {Lev. 19:18}
15 If you bite and devour each other {in your fleshly lusts and human nature}
watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.
16 So I say,
walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit,
and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh.
They are in conflict with each other,
so that you {are not able to do what you want, whether sin or God's word}.
18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law {which makes you sin - Rom. 7}.
19 The acts of the flesh are obvious:
sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;
20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage,
selfish ambition, dissensions, factions
21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like.
I warn you, as I did before,
that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 gentleness and self-control.
Against such things there is no law {in the Bible}.
24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have {in Him}, crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
25 Since we live by the Spirit,
let us keep in step with the Spirit
{by obeying God's word; to progressively sanctify and mortify the flesh with it over time}.
26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

Sanctification Is Also Called "Mortification"

Romans 8:5-14
New International Version

5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires;
but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
6 The mind governed by the flesh is death,
but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.
7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God;
it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.
8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.
9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit,
if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you.
And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.
10 But if Christ is in you,
{your body is dead because of sin,
yet your spirit is alive} because of righteousness.
11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you,
he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your {bodies} through his Spirit who lives in you.
12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation
—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.
13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die;
but if by the Spirit you {mortify} put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.
14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

Remember that I pasted these passages above, Gal. 5:13-26 & Rom. 8:5-14, to show you that to get rid of the problems you have living up to 1 Tim. 3 and Tit. 1, is through progressive sanctification, or mortification, of those evils. You put the evil in you to death through the Holy Spirit inside you with his Bible. It takes time to put them to death and grow the character of God, the fruit of the Spirit, inside you ... so, don't worry about going to hell if you repent and start sanctifying and mortifying your flesh.

As long as we are listening to God and His Bible, we got the chance to make the rapture. Do something for Jesus, anything, whether in church or on your own, and work with God and the church to grow out of the flesh and into God's character and 1 Tim. 3 and Tit. 1. If you do these things, you a listening to God and pleasing God.

1 Timothy 3:16
Living Bible

16 It is quite true that the way to live a godly life is not an easy matter.
But the answer lies in Christ,

Working On Yourself Is Hard

Don't Be Like This Guy

God Will Complete the Work of Sanctification That He Started Inside You

Philippians 1:3-6
New Living Translation
{Paraphrased}

Paul’s Thanksgiving and Prayer

3 Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God.
4 Whenever I pray, I make my requests for all of you with joy,
5 for you have been my partners in spreading the Good News about Christ
from the time you first heard it until now.
6 And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you,
will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.

Work Hard on Yourself with God to Live Above Rebuke

Philippians 2:12-15
New Living Translation

{Paraphrased}

Shine Brightly for Christ

12 Dear friends,
you always followed my instructions when I was with you.
And now that I am away, it is even more important.
Work hard {on yourself} to show the results of your salvation,
obeying God with deep reverence and fear.
13 For God is working in you,
giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.
14 Do everything without complaining and arguing,
15 {that {you} may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God,
without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation,
among whom {you} shine as lights in the world;}

A Prophetic Rebuke from the Lord

To use the gifts?!

You got no fruit!

{unfruitful}.

Go home and practice what you preach!"

To Bear Fruit When You're Unfruitful

Means to Grow the Fruit of the Spirit; the Character of God,

Inside You by Listening to God Over and Over for the Rest of Your Life

A Word for Men & Women About Sex Problems

Working in ministry, you encounter people with real problems. A pastor I met back in the 90's, a famous guy in Los Angeles (he's a spiritual father), he's a Father from the Catholic church that has a prison outreach. He told me that most guys who go to jail for a long time, come out child molesters.

He says that they don't go in like that, but they come out with that problem due to sexual deprivation in jail. Their sexual urges turn perverted over the years because they're not nurtured by a woman, and they molest little girls after they're released from prison.

I just wanted to throw that in. This pastor told me that almost every man that came out of prison in his ministry after a doing a year and a half or more, came out with sexual dysfunctions and became sex offenders while in jail. He also said that a lot of the men who do long periods of time in prison, also rape women when they come out. Prison turns most men into sexual deviants.

No one's saying nothing about the child molesters ... everyone's keeping quiet. I don't like it either. But if God saved you out of the prison and gang life, child molesters are part of prison life and are an issue you got to learn to sanctify your ways with for the Lord, and deal with them like God does, and not like your gang does. The gangs kill them. But this catholic Father that told me about them, doesn't hurt them. He doesn't even get mad at them because He's all about God's ways.

I'm editing in this message about sex offenders like molesters, rapists and homosexuals because it's a part of prison ministry, and if God called you to prison ministry because you were saved out of the prison life, you got to please God with the sex offenders. This means to deal with them professionally and not like your gang does anymore. You got to go back to jail to minister and deal with them professionally without violence and the gangs. But with God and the church.

It's hard to do to get right with God ... sanctify and mortify your flesh to make it to heaven and the rapture. To please God and not yourself. I'm talking about sex offenders to show people how hard it is to sanctify your flesh and get right with Jesus. You got to be real. You can't hide from God.

Dealing with sex offenders is the hardest thing to do if you're a saved gangmember. It's hard to change. Hard to deal with them professionally by sanctifying and mortifying your flesh to listen to Jesus about them.

This catholic Father told me that child molesters is an issue you're going to deal with in prison ministry. But you send them to saved child molesters. You send the homosexuals to saved homosexuals. You send the rapists to the saved rapists. You put the sex offenders with the saved sex offenders because they know how bring them to Jesus. You put the gangmembers with the saved gangmebers. Whatever that person was before they got saved, you let the people who were saved out of that lifestyle to disciple them. Only they know the way out of that lifestyle to Jesus. They've been there and done that.

But this Father told me that there are not many former child molesters in the masses at church, and that if you are called by Jesus into prison ministry, that you're going to be the one to help them, though you have no prior experience getting saved out of that lifestyle. You help them not because you were one of them, but to please God and make the rapture ...

Call people and study to learn to do this in order to sanctify and mortify your flesh to please and serve God to make the rapture through obedience. I'm not there yet. I'm still being sanctified by God out of my old gang's ways and thinking. Progressive sanctification. I don't think I'm ready to help sex offenders yet, but only God knows.

I did a lot of time in prison, but there are gang operations with my gang in prison. The Chicano gangs. I'm not going to expose those operations, but I always had girlfriends and sex in prison. This was back in the 80's, 90, and up to 2003. A lot of those people are dead today.

But a few years ago, out here in North Dakota, those women told me to tell these women out here that they were having sex with me in prison to put them down for being prejudiced. Too prejudiced to meet someone sexy and cuter than their men because they're prejudiced.
